🤔Never thought I would say this about Taco Bell. This place used to be a great restaurant here in Carrollton but has gone downhill fast and has become one of the biggest dumpster fires I've seen as a Taco Bell restaurant went here last night on July 22nd. Place an order. Was told they didn't have any of the new items that they had on their menu board when proceeding to the window after order was placed. I can see inside to where you could tell where the freeze machines at and they did have the mango freeze The manager as well as crew on this shift was just not wanting to run the machine looked like they where trying to get ready for close when closing wasn't till 3am all being done at 10:00 p.m. July 22nd, 2022 was not only rude, but also Unprofessional ,and also horse playing instead of paying attention to orders. I had to call four times and was getting hung up on each time that I called called a fifth and sixth time and the phone evidently was off the receiver at that point so I had to go back outside, drive back up to the location and was meant with a rude manager about the missing items from my order and the incorrect items in my order. I am following up with the store manager as soon as I can get them on the phone. If I can't get them on the phone I will see them in person. But best advice don't waste your time on this location till they get their act together because at this point this restaurant is obviously claiming they're out of everything that's on their menu. Every time someone wants to order something and that insult to injury when one drink is ordered as a Pepsi zero and they say oh we're out of that. Would you like a regular Pepsi no if I wanted a regular Pepsi I would have ordered a regular Pepsi but clearly they do not know how to handle customer service. They do not have to act professional on the job and they don't know how to do proper etiquette when handling manners of a complaint. I will update this review after my conversation with the store manager and pending on that conversation will depend on if it goes even further to general management or regional management. But at this time if I could I would give this location a zero star👎⛔👎and I hate to cause I love Taco Bell but this type of treatment and service is unacceptable and in my job if you did a customer this way you would be fired on the spot no ifs and...
Read moreNot my usual experience here but today was HORRIBLE! Normally order to-go food then go to restroom and return after washing hands. Followed routine but when I tried to wash hands, realized that there wasn't any soap in the dispenser; the other gentleman in the restroom did the same. I then tried to dry my hands but was thwarted once again when there were no paper towels available. I finally dried my wet but unwashed hands on my shirt.
Back in the waiting area, I patiently waited for my food. A FULL 15 MINS LATER, my order was called and I approached the counter only to notice that it wasn't boxed to-go as ordered. I asked for the manager to voice my concerns. "Cory" presented himself and immediately began to make excuses for why the service and overall experience had been so poor:
"I have a lot of kids that aren't showing up. And having me out here talking to you isn't helping the food get ready any faster."
He then departed while I was still taking to him to "see why there was no soap; I never got to the missing paper towels. He returned some 4 mins later with soap on his fingers stating "The sensor is in the back of the machine. You have to put your hands all the way under and it'll work fine." Wow! First, I've gotten soap out of this very dispenser numerous times before and know where the sensor is located. I've operated multimillion dollar military equipment, I think I can handle sticking my hands under something affixed to a stationary wall. Second, why did it take more than 30 secs to, I guess, prove me wrong? The restroom door - like most fast food places - is right near the hand washing station. Sticking your hand "all the way under" shouldn't take 4 mins but who am I to judge.
I am exceptionally glad to know that their usually poor service is my fault for pointing out to management their rare shortcomings. Also extremely glad that there are more preferable restaurants in close proximity so as to NOT have to darken their door again. After spending over 2 decades in military service, I expect and demand that my opinion and hard-earned dollars at least...
Read moreIt’s funny because I went to the reviews so I can write one and see a lot of people saying how their experience was just as horrible as mine. I came when my daughter got off at 12 midnight from IHOP we stopped by Taco Bell to get food. On the order I asked for a number one with nacho cheese on both of the chalupas , get home and it’s not on there but I was charged for it. I called and spoke with a Kelsey and asked her was this the Taco Bell across the street from ihop and says no. and I asked are they hwy 27 and she says we are and I said well what’s around you, and she was like Walmart. I said mam Walmart is right next door to IHOP. She then says, how can I help you, Mind you she didn’t know I already called the one on Bankhead and they gave me the address. I told her my chalupas do not have nacho cheese on them and she was very rude, telling me, she saw them put it on there and I proceeded to tell her I have pictures and would she like me to send it to them. She then says well if I can come up with the receipt or whatever they will replace it. I asked if she was the manager and she said yes, I asked who is her manager because when I come up there I would like to report her as well. She says, I’m not allowed to give that out. I said okay when I come in I will let her manager know and she was like okay and hung up in my face. When I say the customer service is horrible I mean that.
Do y’all see nacho cheese or am I tripping? Either way, after I go in there tomorrow. It will be my last time. Do better with who you hire Taco Bell or just shut...
