My Family and I were there for Brunch on Saturday. We had a, I'm assuming a new waitress. She was really nice but not a tentative to our needs or wants. She gave us coffee that was nearly empty and Luke warm at best. Did not offer us no coffee creamer, this was just to start. I had got up after about 15 minutes of her not coming back to the table to check on us and I waved her down asked for creamer and she said sorry and she would bring it to us. I watched her and not one time did she try to get the creamer. So I got up and went and asked the floor manager in front of her for some creamer. Still showed no concern. She finally came to take our order. She never came back to the table. My family and I kept waiting and watched her serve multiple families after we had already been sitting there take their orders, feed the other families and watched them leave. My wife and I were both agitated but my wife is more passive. I wanted to leave and my wife wanted to wait. She walked by our table multiple times and not a word. Mind you I was polite the entire time though I was in pain from a previous shoulder surgery. She finally walks up after about an hour and says "IM SO SORRY, I FORGOT TO PUT YOUR ORDER IN"! I wanted to explode, but I did not because my Wife looked at me and asked me not to get mad. The Manager serves our food but no apology from them other than the waitress. I still have her a nice tip. I have never had bad service at this IHOP before. If it happens again I will not be so nice! I've always tipped the waitresses good. The Food is always Good and the pricing is fair. Had people sitting out in the waiting area and there was empty, clean dining tables available?!! THE PROBLEM HERE IS NO...
Read moreWe usually visit here several times a year. It's like a family date night. Normally, it's amazing. Normally, I would have given 5 stars, but this one server changed everything! Even those nights when you know they are stressed, they have never made us feel less than welcomed. This night was so different. Now, I love the girl who welcomes you at the door! She is amazing! She is a beautiful soul and such a pleasure to speak with. She always cuts up with you. She is the young lady with the arm crutches. I just LOVE HER!!! We all do! Now the problem... Our server was pissy and short! We tried striking up conversations with her, but she wasn't having it. We even asked if there was anything we could do for her. We got the small eye roll... We almost left before ordering our food because she seemed she would never come back. Out of drinks and waiting, she could be seen in the kitchen area and then off to the other side... Not to serve, but to lean against the station, and look in her phone. Mind you, they were NOT busy, and it was us and 4 other families/couples there. Request fell on deaf ears with her. Our food was just above warm, but we decided it wouldn't be worth waiting for her to come back and try and replace it. It took a while to get it, but we left it alone. My family and I fully understand the shortages that seem to be plaguing our community. We get it. We respect it But she acted like she detested everything about her job, and we were bothering her. Out of respect, my husband left her a tip, as he knows what servers make, but I almost didn't want him to. I hate this experience put a sour taste in our mouths, but it is what it is. When we return again, I will edit...
Read moreAfter visit this location today I will not go back. I waited about 10 minutes to be sat at a dead restaurant on Saturday at 2:30 pm with my children, after being sat,we were not greeted by a sever (15minutes). I decided to leave bu several employees just sitting around, I decided to ask to speak to the manager. He seemed a little busy but as he was coming out the kitchen, a server by the name of Paris decided to scream across the restaurant I do not understand why they are leaving they haven’t even been sitting there 10 minutes. I explained to the manager how it had been longer than 10 minutes and I have small children who have been patience but we have not even seen our server nor do we have drinks but we continue to sit there waiting but I did not want to remain at a table with several employees just sitting around doing absolutely nothing but staring at us. I do not want to get anyone in trouble but I feel like the way this establishment is ran needs to be addressed. This is a place of business people come here to eat not watch employees socialize. Your patrons should be your first priority regardless of whose section it may have been, someone should’ve greeted us, or even told us that our server would’ve been with us shortly. After speaking with a manager a server name, Ronda offered for us to stay and take care of us, which was extremely sweet, even though she cut from the floor she was willing to server us to make up for the lack of acknowledgment, any other...
