I just want to say the manager/owner of this franchise refused to provide a free drink after a visit that was so whack due to lack of communication among his staff and a new hire who needs some more training or was rushing to get off. Fortunately I got a refund after waiting for his employee to call him and tell her how to refund a smoothie. Little did I know if I got my money back I was sacrificing my right to good customer service due to "supply shortages" since he apparently thinks the pandemic and economic crisis only have an effect on him. Despite Nick Patel I had several great experiences here and want to thank all of the employees who were super sweet and always offered me pup cups for my collie and german shepherd with frozen yogurt. I will miss seeing you but I will no longer give my money to a businessman who has let the pandemic turn him into a monster. I hope he treats you all better then he does his loyal customers and gives you your bonuses and incentives for upselling. Don't let a spineless and selfish human being take advantage of you all. You don't deserve that....
