WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Carrollton

Two stars because the food was decent and the inside was bright. But boy do the employees kill the whole vibe. One employee sat on her phone reading out her drama texts to a coworker the entire time we dined in. You could hear her through out the entire store. She also argued with her manager about call outs while we were ordering at the register. Both of the girls at the front counter looked uncomfortable as it happened. Another girl with glasses just looked unhappy the entire time you spoke to her. She didn’t smile once. A girl in tie dye was pretty on point and smiled and worked the entire time, taking orders and being attentive. I was very disappointed in how unprofessional most of the staff was though. You almost felt like you were disturbing them if you asked for a sauce. I’m not sure if it’s because they’re young or what, but they very clearly don’t care about their jobs, save for that one...

Well, honestly my son and I have chose not to eat here several months back for several reasons. One...the portion size of the food went down. The quality of the food went down. I switched up from the rice and wings to a burger and the man who runs the place got the burger toppings wrong and then put a cold slice of cheese on my burger to "make up for it". Then another time my son and I got our usual fries with cheese and bacon. My adult son, who is autistic, went in to get the food and the man wouldn't give it to him without a receipt which is understandable but no receipt was given. Then today no one would answer the phone to even place an order and wanted to sell me 12 wings of what they had left. Now I doubt we will ever...

Wowzers... I really don't understand for the life of me why we in the United States allow people like this to operate a business under our flag...call it what you want....these people are so entitled and unprofessional, they really think they have all the sense ....how does anyone with a fully developed membrane expect someone to do business with them and order food where they are belittling, abrupt and cross boundaries of respect. I will never go here again, and I left and never ordered. The energy and the condescending backlash were awful. I can find other places to spend my hard earned money, and I did.
