Our Pc experience with Alexander was quite the ADVENTURE. why adventure you ask. read on and you will see. its worth it! I ordered a special gaming pc for someone who has overcome several challenges; and on a budget. i worked with Amanda for 2 days in coming up with a build that fit the wants, the budget and the idea on aesthetic look. it was challenging (for Amanda lol) as I was having a hard time trying to conveying what I had envisioned. but Amanda kept her cool and kept pushing through like a trooper, presenting build after build. Then she connected with what i was trying to say and had envision so the final build was presented and it was great, so the adventure began. Yes, it does take a wee bit to get your pc as they are a small company, was about 3 weeks from time I ordered until they were finally able to build it but it is so worth it. their banner on the site gives you an estimate as to when the pc will be built if ordered that day so you have an idea of time frame. after the built its another 2-3 days of very thorough and rigorous testing. now you dont hear anything after placing the order till they start the build, i got a little nervous being such a large purchase so, I emailed just to check in. Amanda responded right away and let me know everything was on tract and approximately when the build will start. a week later I received an email the build was done and been shipped by FED EX along with tracking. we received it from FedEx 2 days later broken in shipping, looked like FedEx played football with the pc. Now mind you every face of the box has Large Fragile stickers on it but FedEx managed to break it, after talking with Amanda at Alexander and we tech supported it it got sent back to Alexander. after they repaired it, replacing 3 components it was resent again. whole thing took another week. again we received the pc from FedEx a 2nd time and the box was destroyed. we opened it very carefully only to find small black plastic shards falling out. a corner of the case was completely dented in and 2 feet of the case were shattered. we didn't even unpack the guts to test it being afraid of what could be wrong, being the state the case was in. Again contacted Amanda and they were rightly upset as we were with the shipping breaking not 1 but now 2 pc's. so again it got sent back. Since Alexander already know a new case was needed they ordered it right then. a week later... this time Alexander went out of their way to pack the pc extra special taking more steps and double boxing and insulation to ensure that whatever FedEx in our areas issue is with packages would not happen a 3rd time. we received it. the outer box has 2 smooshed corners but the inner box with the pc were fine. we unpacked it and set it up and up and running it went flawlessly. Alexander even went an extra step to set the background image to match the theme of the pc, pink and white, which was a pleasant surprise and added smile.. so yes it was an adventure, stressful and anxiety inducing-but only because of Fedex, not on any part of alexander. Alexander Pc, the Owner Alex and their whole team, especially Amanda went above and beyond any experience I have ever received with a company. they stayed in contact with me the whole time, were very friendly and pleasant to talk to and deal with. I feel horrible that not only did FedEx cause us issue and prolong the pc but also were a headache for Alexander having to rebuild it 2 times. the attention and care that goes into every customer and order is above what i have ever seen or experienced with any business. their communication during the whole adventure is fantastic. i can say, this has to be the best pc company and personnel, that I was lucky enough to run across & deal with. I highly Recommend Alexander Pc's and their crew for your pc's, and their artist is fantastic. I wish I had the extra money to have that done on this pc.
Thank You Amanda, Alex and the Alexander Pc crew for the...
Read moreunfortunately, it seems like they're coasting on the sterling reputation i have no doubt they legitimately earned at some point but have clearly lost along the way as they've attempted to scale to their success
for starters, do not believe the claim on their website that they only sell pre-configured PCs if/when they physically have its GPU in stock because that's simply not true
they sell their PCs based on the number of GPUs they're allotted from a distributor - just like literally every other company - which is fine as long as there aren't any interruptions in their supply chain, but when there are...
they sold the pc i ordered based on this allotment and, when there was a problem with getting the GPU in on time, they failed to communicate this and at first just continued to stall by a week at a time until they finally came clean about selling the PC without having the GPU in stock (while also not being able to secure an alternate source)
i was therefore forced to wait indefinitely while receiving multiple "by the end of this week/beginning of next" delays that went nowhere. by the time the PC finally shipped, I'd requested (and confirmed) to be charged to overnight it after the nearly two-month delay
they failed to do this and simply shipped it standard. when it finally arrived, i took it out of the box to get it ready to set up for my wife, and noticed they also failed to install or even include the strimers I was invoiced separately for (and paid for the same day at the beginning of December)
on the positive side, the pc was extremely well packaged and no issues were found at boot or during initial use. it seems solid, which is what really matters most
unfortunately, i cannot recommend Alexander PCs in its current state. maybe they'll be worth dealing with again if they can recapture what made them successful to begin with, but i doubt i'll revisit them with any future orders
EDIT: lowering to one star after owner's unhinged response. my guy, i've got all the receipts. try gaslighting...

First week after receiving it, constant BSOD that led to me shipping it back. The tech said there was an issue with “a pin” as well as the fan curve, and mailed it back. 3 weeks after receiving it, same issue, and they had to remote access it to change the fan curve and had me change set up of the bios. Had constant issues until they had a discord community member, Brad, FaceTime me and helped it get running and fixed an issue with driver updates (had to go to best buy to purchase flash drive, install windows and drivers on it etc). Now, 2 years later, multiple BSOD, fan noises, some gurgling sounds, and tried to reach out via discord if there’s a need to purchases parts or purchase upgrades. Had to wait before TJ posted a reply (probably without any reading) to submit a ticket. I already called last week on Monday, talked to Liz about my request and then sent an email. She responded that they’ll be having a process in the future for part upgrades, but nothing about repairs. I called her again on Wednesday and she said to send a new email to tech support, which I did plus another on Sunday, didn’t hear anything from them. I called this morning and Liz said she will leave a note…
Alexander pcs, in my heart, can be a truly amazing company to work with when everything is working fine. I recommend to my friends as well as other discord communities about their quality of builds, but more so I hope they can do that with their quality of service moving forward. This pc is predominantly used for communication with my doctors since I’m mostly stuck home with Parkinson’s. It sucks that you spend a LOT with them, yet more so, and after seeing posts in their discord recently, others are feeling the run around as well. I just wanted some feedback instead of having a 60 pound...
