My recent visit to the nail salon left me with mixed feelings, and I'd like to offer some constructive criticism in the hope of seeing improvements in the future. Firstly, while the staff was friendly, I felt that there was a lack of communication when it came to understanding my preferences. It would be beneficial if the staff could take a little more time to discuss and ensure they fully comprehend the customer's desired nail style, length, and shape. The cleanliness and hygiene of the salon could use some attention. While it wasn't unsanitary, there was room for improvement in maintaining a consistently spotless environment. I believe stricter adherence to sanitation protocols and a more organized workspace would greatly enhance the salon's appeal. The quality of the manicure I received was decent, but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of precision and attention to detail. Some uneven edges and slight imperfections were noticeable upon closer inspection. Moreover, the overall ambiance could benefit from a more relaxing atmosphere. Soft background music and a more tranquil setting would enhance the overall experience. In conclusion, with a little more focus on communication, cleanliness, attention to detail, and creating a serene atmosphere, this nail salon has the potential to provide a more satisfying and enjoyable experience for its customers. I hope these points are taken into consideration for...
Read moreI was excited to try this place as I just moved into the Bradford across the street, so I made an appointment. I walked in at my appointment time, smiled and 3 women just stared at me. It was awkward, but we moved on. The woman doing my nails kicked my cuticles pretty badly with the grinder which was uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. She filed my nails roughly and crooked, but I figured she would come back to that once she finished taking off the gel. Just before she started in on the color, I pointed out that all of my nails were at a crooked slant. She started to “fix” them, but only made it worse. After that I decided to just give up. I nicely told the woman, I assume the manager, that I would just be paying for the gel removal, but that wouldn’t be moving forward with the rest of the appointment. She tried to have someone else step in to help, which was very nice, but I was already done in my mind and just wanted to leave. They still charged me $35 for a simple gel removal. I questioned it, but was not going make a stink so I paid and left. I was super disappointed by the lack of detail my nails were receiving and super disappointed. They just want to do it quickly, get the money and get you out....
Read moreI came here for a manicure and pedicure and i noticed my toe was hurting bad and badly swollen so i went to the podiatrist and my dr told me they gave me a fungus infection on my big toe and that they didn’t clean their instruments. I spoke to the owner who was extremely rude to me because i wanted to let them know and she claims it wasn’t them but every single toenail grew out except that and i am now on anti fungal medication and my dr had to cut a big piece of my toenail off two days and i can barely walk without pain anyway i want everyone to not get what i got and it was my first time here and i never got a fungus from any other nail salon except this one. They didn’t even take responsibility when my foot dr told me it was them! I am writing this review so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. The least the owner could have done was take responsibility and offer me something for what happened to me but nothing and so RUDE!! Everyone BEWARE! They are NOT clean and do NOT clean their instruments!! I have been getting pedicures all my life and NEVER got this from a nail salon...
