OK, so I took off my bad review. It was an off day but I do know what I was told about the 199 smoothie it clearly says on the receipt with the purchase of a flatbread sandwich, but that is not what I was told and I didn’t look at the receipt until, I had already returned. Downloaded the app and went through all of that stuff to get the 199. Smoothie The person who took my order was not very nice and very short with me. She was a young girl so I don’t expect much the fact that there was no manager working at the time is what really upset me I am a manager of a store myself, and there should always be a manager on duty to take care of the customers needs to talk to the customer and make sure that the customers happy I do not expect free things, but if a person tells me one thing I expected, I don’t expect something else, I leave three stars because most of the time it is good service what I expect is a customer is that when an employee says something that it is honored whether or not it’s on the receipt or not when you say something to somebody be prepared to honor I go to tropical smoothie every day every single day and I order the same thing every single day I’m hoping that the people at tropical smoothie will see this and make the changes make sure all employees are saying...
Read moreWe ordered smoothies and food online for in-store pickup. When I arrived, there was no one available to talk to so I waited for 15 minutes before someone finally was able to talk to me. One of our smoothies was not made because they were out of ingredients for it - this is reasonable so I asked the charge for that smoothie be refunded to my credit card. That didn't happen. I've tried multiple methods of contacting the store so they could issue the refund (called them and posted in the online feedback).
I also ended up with cold food and melted smoothies because everything was ready but there was no one to indicate my order could be picked up. I didn't recognize my order because one of the smoothies was missing. My biggest complaint is the lack or organization.
Update: I did get feedback except it came in the mail - they mailed a gift card and apologized. Since I got a response, I've updated my score from 1 star where I felt completely ignored to 3 stars. The service was still less than stellar but given the COVID situation I can understand getting a little into the weeds.

Read morePlease refer to other reviews about the poor customer service from the employees there. There are 2 kids who work there that almost scoff at you for any order, or any question about the app/rewards member. They are consistently out of Blueberries! In my 6 years of going to Tropical Smoothie Cafes around the area, not one store has been out of Blueberries, and that too on a consistent day-to-day basis.
The 2 kid employees there make you feel so nervous to approach ordering. They look at you dead in the face, without greeting you, and just expect you to place an order. How standoff-ish and outrageous? I'm genuinely not trying to be a Karen - assumed it was just a bad day. But it happened 2 separate days.
Tl;dr do not endorse this location. Listen to the other reviews about customer service. The other RTP locations are way better, friendlier and of higher quality. Disappointment they take up that prime...
