Never going there again! I made appointment at 12:45,arrived on time…. waited waited waited till 1:30pm, my water is already gone cold, nobody came to say sorry , nobody was trying to say anything, and I’m done. Goodbye. RTP has plenty nail salons. And I wish you going out of business soon, oh I don’t need to wish, because you will, very soon :)
Added comments after I saw the owner’s comments: I made an appointment for a manicure — yes, and I even asked the manager if it would take long to do both hands and feet. He said it wouldn’t take long. I said, “OK, let’s do both” — I was willing to pay more money. So does that mean I deserved to wait much longer just because I wanted to spend more? What kind of logic is that? I also saw you serve two customers who came after me while I was still waiting. If this is your management style, then I’m honestly speechless. I mentioned that nobody even tried to say sorry. Yes, I forgot to mention that one of your employees did ask me to wait 15 more minutes, and I agreed — even after already waiting 30 minutes. After those additional 15 minutes, she still didn’t seem to move, and still, nobody came to apologize. If customers are not happy, don’t always blame them, like you do in many of your reviews. Customers take time and energy to come to your store hoping for a pleasant service, not to find an enemy. Think about how you can improve —...
Read moreMy regular nail salon changed ownership, and then my go to nail tech left, so I decided to find a new place. First time coming to Navi, and Amy did my gel mani (Ruffle Those Feathers from Gelish, in case you like the color). She was super sweet, and she did a decent job - there are a few spots that could’ve been done better, but I’m the only that can really see them. Seems like she was rushing towards the end, so maybe that’s what caused it. Additionally, if you make an online reservation, be very clear about what you’re getting when you walk in - I booked online for a gel polish change ($20), but I guess I misspoke when I walked in because I got a full gel mani ($35). Again, maybe that was my bad, but I was clear via my online booking what I was there for. So the minor imperfections and the mixup on my appointment are what generated the 4 instead of 5 star review. One thing I really liked about the salon was that every woman that walked in after me, the manager/owner knew by name -...
Read moreMy daughters just had their nails done here, which I personally recommended, I've always had great service there in the past, for a variety of things, usually pedicures, full SNS sets and my eyebrows and lashes tinted. Her set was also a scheduled appointment, and she waited 40 minutes past her appointment time just to get started. However, my daughters came home, and their nails were NOT quality work. Their SNS sets weren't SNS at all, they literally glued and shellacked their nail tips on, then basically gel polished them. There was NO SNS dip powder, or even acrylic powder done to their nails. It was further obvious that SAME night, when she broke a nail off accidentally bumping it against something. The same day of service? That should never happen. 170$, 150$ with tip for a set of press on nails. That is not only unprofessional, it is also ripping someone off. I am very unhappy with their service, and I will not be going back as well. I will be calling tomorrow...
