I HIGHLY CAUTION ANYONE GOING HERE. My experience was highly unprofessional. I feel mislead and taken advantage of. I noticed there was a couple other one star reviews stating a similar experience and almost exact same situation, so I feel validated that this is not the first time they’ve done this.
I’m visiting here for a couple days from Massachusetts. I get Botox in my jaw muscles for my tmj pain. I’ve put off getting it now for as long as possible because I can barley afford it, but now Its to the point where I can’t open my mouth very wide and it hurts bad. Botox is more expensive in mass, so I had the idea to get it while I was here to save myself money. i called that day and they had an opening that afternoon. I mentioned I was flying home the next day and the front desk woman mentioned that some people don’t want to get Botox before they fly, but that they could still book me the appointment to get the Botox done anyway if I wanted. So she made me an appointment to get Botox that afternoon. she mentioned there would be a $100 deposit and they would charge me if I canceled, which she mentioned shouldn’t be a problem because I’m coming same day. When I got there the woman doing my injections told me that she couldn’t do the Botox because I’m flying And it might spread with the pressure and leave half my face frozen. I was immediately confused as to why they would book me an appointment to get Botox if I couldn’t GET Botox and why the receptionist didn’t tell me this. And I found it extremely unprofessional that there was zero communication between the receptionist and injector before booking. She apologized and said that I’d be still charged the $100 fee. I’m 23 and could barley afford this as is and now I’ve had to throw a hundred dollars out the window on top of this costly service. she told me the $100 could be used towards another service but I don’t live in NC. I was very polite and respectful explained I’m strapped for money and feel this is a bit unfair. The manager was persistent that the $100 was for the injectors time. Mind you, I booked that same afternoon so clearly they’re not booked way out.
ALSO I’ve experienced a situation like this before a couple years ago…I visited one of the top med spas in Boston and had a appointment for injectables to be done. They’re was w $50 deposit fee over the phone. When the injector met with me, she said I didn’t qualify for the injections and didn’t need them. she waved the fee for the deposit because I didn’t get anything done.
Basically, if you go here your going to be dropping $100 REGARDLESS of what you do, or don’t do, or if the injector doesn’t want to do it. So be wary. OR you could just spend your money elsewhere, at a business that values transparency and communication, and not squeezing money from knowingly miss...
Read moreI have been going to Synergy, Cary for a year. I have seen Ashleigh for botox and filler and Stephanie for laser treatments. I can’t overstate how much I appreciate and value both of them for their skill and professionalism. You can trust them with your face. I have had great results from the botox and filler. It has slowed down my aging. I am age 70 and often mistaken as the sister of my daughter, who is 38 years old. Ashleigh partners with me to come up with a plan and explains what she will do. I feel no pain and barely any discomfort when she injects filler or botox. I usually have zero to minimal bruising. She listens very well and wants to ensure that I am happy with the results. Ashleigh is very caring, and friendly, and makes the time go by because of the interesting conversations we have.
Stephanie is knowledgeable and thorough in the application of moxi with BBL laser. She wants the best outcomes for you as well. She checked my face carefully to ensure that she didn’t miss any area and often gave a few extra “swipes” to ensure the problem areas were corrected. I used pro-nox with the laser because it significantly reduces the discomfort and pain and makes it tolerable. Once it is stopped, there are no lingering effects, so I can drive home without worry. I am very happy with the results and will continue to return to Stephanie.
Overall, the environment is clean, maintained, and welcoming. Prices are competitive and they offer specials with significant savings throughout the year. I highly recommend Ashley and Stephanie for your anti-aging and skin care needs. They will get you to your goals safely and with care. Moreover, they both have great...
Read moreI am so sad to write this review and it has nothing to do with my service provider. I called and booked the free syringe with 40 units of Botox new client special. I spoke Bailey by email and specifically asked her how much Botox were per unit. She said $11. When I arrived, the spa was amazingly clean. I had my services - and when I went to check out, the price was much higher then expected. I asked why, and was told Botox was $15 a unit. I explained that I was quoted differently, and the woman laughter and said “well, you can’t get both specials!” I asked for the manager and pulled up my email from Bailey and the manager asked to read it. She then told me that Bailey is just the online specialist and she didn’t know. (?!) I told the manager this was a bait and switch. She finally said “ok, I’ll give you our $12 a unit Botox special but not a dollar less” I was then supposed to redeem a $50 coupon I had from registering for Their Botox program, and spending over $450. She took redeem coupon but didn’t apply it 🫢 at this point I was so disappointed I had no words. Now the most important part. The Botox did NOTHING. 44 units in my crows Feet and not one change. Don’t waste your money! Go elsewhere...
