So, I ordered Diced from DoorDash because my wife and I both love Diced and have always had great food from there when we go to the Parkside Town Commons store. Unfortunately, this store can't even come close to their quality. I wanted to take out red onion and avocado from one of the wraps I ordered. When I tried to add special instructions it said I had to call the store. When I called the store it went straight to voicemail and I left a message explaining I wanted the red onions out due to me having a bad reaction to them and the avocado out because they don't like them. I asked that they call me back to confirm they received my message. Never got a call back. I asked my Dasher to check and make sure that they had left the ingredients out. Turns out they had actually made it with the ingredients that I said in my message I needed out and would've given me a bad reaction, and would've made me very sick. I also never received my avocado, despite asking for it and paying for it. When I bit into my wrap the brown rice was as hard as a bone and has made my wrap inedible. This entire store is a joke. High prices, extremely low quality. Stores like this are why Google needs to make 0 stars an option for reviews
Tl;Dr If you want a store that won't listen to requests, even when it's to avoid you becomimg very sick, and a store that serves hard as a rock brown rice that makes your food inedible, then this is the...
Read moreI want to start by saying I love love LOVE Diced. Their wraps/salads are consistently delicious with amazing, fresh ingredients.
However this location (Cary) has gotten my online order wrong almost every time for the past few months. Tonight they swapped the dressings on the wraps I ordered for me and my partner. Last time they didn't include the dressing for the salad I ordered (they actually do this quite often, which is odd considering they specifically ask on the order if you want the dressing tossed in or on the side - I now check the bag to be sure they include it). They tend to forget chips in the bag. One time they randomly left out the broccoli and chickpeas on my Harvest Crunch wrap. And half the time they forget to cut the wrap in half.
I never said anything because I figured it would be the last time, and I wanted to be understanding. But it seems this may be a trend, especially after reading some other reviews.
I am somewhat baffled why this keeps happening. I would think preparing an online order would be easier considering you’re reading from a piece of paper and can double check yourself. Short of unwrapping my wrap in the store each time, I don’t know how to prevent this from happening anymore. Maybe they prefer customers coming to the store instead of ordering online for a later pick up?
By the way, the Raleigh location is amazing. I have never...

I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times to pick up delivery orders, and while the food is fresh and reasonably decent (I’d give it 3, maybe close to 4 stars—it’s a bit bland but not bad), the customer service absolutely tanks the entire experience.
What’s really disappointing is that the environment and how you’re treated seem to depend entirely on what you look like or how you’re dressed. That’s not how customer service should work. Today, I came in and greeted the staff like any normal, respectful human being. Instead of a simple hello back, I was met with cold, robotic energy. One of the young women didn’t even look up—just interrupted with a rude “Name?” as if I was a burden for doing my job. No eye contact, no acknowledgment, no basic human decency.
This isn’t just about having a bad day—it feels like the norm here. The vibe is honestly creepy. The staff come across more like disengaged machines than people in a customer-facing role. If the goal is to make customers or delivery partners feel invisible, they’re doing a great job.
The food might bring people in once, but if this kind of treatment continues, it’s going to drive them away. A decent meal doesn’t make up for the feeling of being unwelcome and...
