I should have known what to expect when they refused to price match (as advertised on their website and in their store). I paid over $350 to get my Samsung S23 Ultra phone screen repaired (because it was advertised as "same day" at uBreakiFix). During the process, they damaged the cell antenna inside the phone (evidently, connected to the charge port) and I was unable to make phone calls and/or connect to get cellular data. I had to take it back 2 additional times to get fixed (without anyone admitting fault in damaging the part -- which clearly was their fault as it had never happened before they "repaired" it). So much for "same day" value . . .
The 3rd time I took it back, they replaced the charge port. They removed my screen protector (which I purchased to protect my screen -- that they had just replaced). When they returned my phone, I asked "what happened to my screen protector?" The tech said it had to be removed for "testing" (which was an obvious lie -- they had just "repaired" my phone two weeks before and did not remove the screen protector). He then tries to put it back on (after fishing it out of the trash?). It had air bubbles everywhere and looked awful. I asked for a replacement screen protector and was told "they didn't have any." They sell screen protectors! It's half of the items on their shelf! They must think their customers are unintelligent.
At this point, I had been waiting over an hour (when I was told my phone would be ready by the time I got there) and just left. Clearly they are unable to own up to and fix their mistakes. They often reminded me of my "1-year warranty" which would be more of a comfort if it hadn't been my 3rd trip in.
I don't think I could have had a worse experience. They clearly have no regard for (i) their advertised policies (price match), (ii) basic customer service (replacing my phone screen), and (iii) the value of a "same...
Read moreDO NOT GO!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND THE MONEY!!! I am not just displeased with ubreakifix, I am down right angry. I dropped of my device on Friday and was told that my device would be ready for pick up on Monday and was shown the part for fixing the broken screen. Well, here comes Wednesday and still nothing, I call the store and an employee tells me that I still need to bring in my device... DID Y'ALL LOSE MY LAPTOP DURING THAT TIME?!? I told the employee that the laptop was brought in on Friday. He then told me that the repair took longer because they needed to wait on their distributer to bring in the part, which I knew was a lie but I don't really blame the employee because he was probably just trying to not anger me and not have anything bad happen with the boss. He then told me he was sorry for the delay, and the device should be ready for pick up on Thursday. On Thursday we go in to pick it up and at first it seems to work. However that is not the end of the story. It has now been about a week and a half and there is a clear diagonal line at the top of the screen where the brightness is off, the screen will sometimes randomly decided that I am touching it when I am not and whenever I try to write with the pen it jumps around, is very choppy, and is basically unusable because of how bad it is. I am incredibly angry at this very poor job and I don't have the time to take it back to them to get it fixed (not that I actually trust them to fix it) because I am a busy college student and I need my laptop...

They NEVER updated/called me, there was no quick turnaround (that they promise), they worked on part of my console that was not the problem, and then never actually fixed my console.
I previously had this at 5 stars, but my recent experience has completely changed that.
I took my PlayStation in for WiFi problems through Asurion+ and was told it would take a week. I call a week to get an update and was told my PlayStation would be looked at that day. I wait 2 days and have to call again to ask for an update, and once again assured my PlayStation will be looked at that day. Another day goes by and I have to call, again. I’m once again told my PlayStation will be looked at that day. Another day goes by and I physically go to the store and am told they will call me with an update in an hour or two. They also told me they are looking at the HDMI port, the HDMI port has nothing to do with internet/wifi. I ask them why they are working on the hdmi and guy tells me that it must’ve been a mistake and they didn’t mean to work on it; again I’m told they will call to update me in an hour or two. 5 hours go by and I hear nothing. I go back to the store to be told they can’t fix my PlayStation and to call Asurion.
I spent 2 weeks with no updates, no one called me even once, was told they are working on something that isn’t even broken, and then was told they can’t do anything....
