We had great customer service (prior review) but after a few months the products have been terrible. After our first clearance mattress oddly sinking in a lot our salesman Dan graciously advocated for us since technically we couldn’t return it. We had to get another mattress of equal or higher value and on clearance. That gave 2 options. Three months in and the pillow top innerspring bed we got is sinking in on both of our sides. The pillow top made my hips ache so we also had to get a memory foam topper. Not as painful on the hips but now we sink in again and can only get good support when I move to the hump in the middle that has support left. This has been a really stressful experience to say the least as someone with chronic back pain. I should have looked over the reviews where everyone said after a couple months they were sinking in as well. Truly disappointed when we spent about 1,500 plus tax. My previous 300 dollar mattress from online was better than this, it just got old and lost support eventually. I do believe I may have been unlucky in this process, but I feel like even though I got clearance products because they were used, it doesn’t mean they should be defective. I guess that’s the unfortunate thing about he clearance option and not getting a sleep trial. I will be sure to have a sleep trial in the future because of my chronic back pain. Should have just gotten the Tempurpedic even though it was out of budget. Would recommend everyone to do their research online if they get a clearance mattress! Read moreWe purchased a king size bed in September from this location, then recently we purchased a platform bed that requires box springs, of course we call the store to purchase box springs…they charged us $268.13 for two twin size ones! We were told they do not have any king size, but they sell king size beds! I’m given a date of delivery for the new purchase. The date arrives and the delivery did not happen! We call the store, speak with both the manager and Dan, they apologize and re-schedule the delivery which was tonight only to be called by the delivery department stating they can only find one twin box spring…after a few moments they finally locate the 2nd twin box spring. The delivery truck arrives, the guys unload box springs, bring in the home to find one of the box springs are broken with a large hole in the fabric! We call Dan to report the problem and he says, we will fix this and not charge you another cent?!!!?? Like really?? I would NOT recommend shopping at this Mattress Firm location. I failed to mention on our first purchase of the king size mattress, the delivery too was delayed because the “truck broke down”. Almost the same excuse given this time as well for the messed up delivery, they were having “truck problems!” Again, please find another competitor to purchase from, it is definitely not worth the hassle!! Read moreRecently went in to Mattress Firm to start a mattress search, and came out a winner. We were instantly greeted upon entering the store in a friendly matter, asked the basic questions and if we needed help. Employee clearly understands where he worked because he offered up quick advice about types/levels of firmness, explained the store layout and proceeded to let us test our way through the store. From then on he occasionally checked in to see how we were doing and if any new questions had come up. When we found and selected our mattress, (Cal. King, "The Dream Bed") he helped us check out, and explained the frame, boxsprings and delivery fees all in a polite friendly manner. Sadly that mattress was not in stock at the store, and could not be delivered until a week from when we visited, but we were okay with that. Silly me did not really look over the receipt until I was home later that evening, and that was when I noticed my name and e-mail were spelled wrong, but I do not blame anyone for that, it is a tricky last name when pronounced. Called the store the next day, and the individual I spoke with got everything fixed, patched up and good to go as if it never happened.
Delivery was wonderful as well. It was quick and hassle free.
