Food City — Attraction in Casa Grande

I have a complaint for one of the hot food employee at 1162 E Florence blvd casa grande, AZ 85122 #21. 6/3/23 at 14:41pm. My mother ordered 2 menudos with talia who was extremely rude ( when my mother ask if there was still menudo she didn’t respond and used the ladle to move around the menudo). While she was cooking the tortillas, talia was visited by another employee who handed her a document. Talia then left the area and came back when another employee arrived and Talia left to the far end of the hot food area to chat with that other employee and did not return to assist my mom for 15 minutes. Another worker arrived and attempted to help my mom and my mom paid for the food but was not given her food. That worker then asked Talia if she had the menudo and Talia yelled to my mother!!! “I already gave you the menudo and pozole and tortillas”. My mother said no you didn’t. She yelled again the same thing and the other worker pointed to where the food was and Talia proceeded to SNATCH the tortillas, menudo and roughly bag them and tossed it to my mom. My mom asked for her name so she may complain about this unprovoked encounter and Talia response was “it’s Talia, like the actress, want me to write it down??” Absolutely no need to treat my mother this way!! For whatever reason she decided to take it out on my mother is absolutely horrid and Talia should not be working customer service since she obviously does not have the professionalism to do so. My mother felt threaten on how the employee approached my mother in a aggressive way and being tossed hot soup at her. If I don’t get contacted to rectify this issue I will take legal action toward food city and...

Went to go get a cake for my sons birthday & asked the lady in the bakery area if she could take off the coconut shavings & just put whipped cream on it that I was looking for a plain white cake she assured me she could do it , I told her I would do some shopping & come back. 15 min later I came back the cake that I had chosen was back in the place where I had picked it up from & nothing had been done to it. I waited again in the bakery area to see what had happend another lady comes out & tells me oh she clocked out already she is done for the day. 🤔 I was confused , I told this other lady what I had requested & she said yea we don't do cakes here or have anything to do cakes they are frozen cakes that we put out that is it. I asked why would the other lady tell me se could do it? she said i dont know she is done with her shift. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Just a waste of time , the ladies none of the speak english witness someone request for happy birthday to be put on top of the cake, they said I can't do it in english only spanish, the guy said yea fine. Than she asked is there a name? & the guy said richard & she says well I am just going to put ricardo. The guy says no his name is richard 🤦🏻‍♀️ This people really don't know what they are doing, they waste your time. I am a frequent shopper at this store on florence blvd, my sister and I went shopping and we shared a cart (they didn't have many) I asked a cashier how much water we were limited to she said 1. I got my one and my sister asked me to get one for her. When we went to self checking my sister said she forgot to get an item so she went to go get and I proceeded to start checking my items. This cashier (robocop) says to me while she is taking out one of the waters that I was only allowed to get one. I said I know I asked you what was the limit and you told me 1, I understood you, the other one is my sisters. She said, she can get her own water, I told her she did get her own water it's just in my cart. She continued to act unprofessional in front of everyone. My sister finally got to the line and I asked her to tell this lady that , that is your water. The cashier/robocop changed her attitude.
