I had severe windshield damage due to an unexpected wind and sand storm here in the desert. I used All Star Glass because my insurance company has had a long standing business relationship for over 30 years. I was contacted by All Star Glass the same day I entered a claim to the insurance company. Their associate went through the procedure that was needed in order to make the repair and it would be 2-3 weeks to get the glass ordered from the dealer.
All Star called me within the time frame of the order from the dealer and a repair date was scheduled. When I arrived their repair technician went through the time frame for repair and recalibration of the glass to factory standards. He indicated it would be approximately 2 hours and offered to drive me over to the local Starbucks so I could wait with WiFi and refreshments. I took him up on the offer.
The full job was completed before the 2 hour window and he picked me up at the Starbucks. It was a pleasure to have done business with All Star Glass and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with glass damage...

The receptionist basically told me to go away that the guys would come out and get me when they were back. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. It was 90ยฐ out and I had my dog in the car which I told her. There was coffee I believe available but no water. She said it would be an hour. I waited almost 2 hours. I was told at one point After 90 minutes that they were waiting for calibration from the car company. Meanwhile, I listened to the receptionist discuss her personal problems on the phone telling people she was working through lunch to Distract herself, although it did not sound like a work-based call at all. I recently visited All Star Glass and was disappointed by the state of their facilities.
Entering though the front door it was very dirty. The receptionist area was unkempt, with trash on the floor and a general lack of cleanliness. The bathroom was filthy, and the trash cans were overflowing.
The front reception area was particularly unpleasant, as it appeared to have been neglected for some time.
A thorough cleaning and regular maintenance would greatly improve the atmosphere and provide a better customer experience.
She was on her cell phone making personal calls for at least 45 minutes to an hour never bothered to take my payment I tried paying her right away and she was busy on the phone with personal phone calls. The gentleman that did the work in the back Israel finally...
