Do not shop here! I ordered something that was falsely advertised as a name brand (Stanley), asked what could be done about it. I received a response stating that they don’t sale fake product. I had submitted a dispute through affirm/Shopify. The shop told me they would need the product back to issue a refund, I gladly sent the merchandise back, after mailing the product back and waiting for my refund I reached out to them asking about status to which they replied that they never received the product back. I sent them proof from the tracking number showing that the box was hand delivered to them by the post office. They said they would check again and never responded but shortly after posted the same merchandise I had bought and returned, for sale. I submitted another claim through Shopify, the shop claimed that I was refunded but I never was so I asked for them to refund me my money or mail the items back to me. I visited this gift shop over the holiday and it was a very pleasurable experience. The store is absolutely loaded with all things southwest and southwest inspired! The store is almost like a museum and you must have at least an hour to look around. Pricing is great and they have items at all price points.
