The manager was very rude and made us feel like we we're doing something bad by buying a rifle. My husband went in to buy a rifle for my daighter for Christmas but they were out of stock. The lady that helped him was very nice and ordered the rifle from another store. They called us to let is know the rifle was in. My husband went in just before the store closed and paid for the rifle and let them know that either my son in law or one of us would be back the next day when the store was open to do the paper work for the rifle. When we went back the manager was very rude and treated us like we were criminals or something. He called his manager and was pretty much telling her that he thinks something isn't right because we had to come back to do the paper work. We tried explaining to him that when we came in to pay for the rifle the store was closing in 5 min so we didn't have time to do the paper work and just paid for the rifle and they said we could come back the next day to do paper work. I told him if he wanted to treat us like that then I would just get my money back and go elsewhere to purchase the rifle. He told us go ahead and he would be happy to just give us our money back. I told him that is the rifle we want and we have already paid for it so can we just get this done. He said that bci was closed and nothing he could do. This was at 6:30 pm and bci was not closed. We left the store without the rifle we have already paid for. My husband and I do not have any criminal background. My husband served in the mitary and has passed all background checks that there is to pass. The manager didn't even do the check. I'm confused on why we were treated this way. I will be going back to the store on Monday and asking for a refund and will try to find the rifle at a different store. I will never shop at Cal's...
Read moreWhat fantastic service!!! Thank you, James and Chase!!! I drove almost an hour from our cabin in the woods to Cedar City Cal Ranch store with the Intention of making a fairly large purchase. As I walked into the store, I realized that I had forgotten a very important piece of the puzzle, my wallet. I decided to do a little research while I was there, and James answered all of my questions, but also… Offered One solution after another Until… We found one that worked beautifully for me! And then… When the technical issues started (due to my being totally technologically impotent), Instead of giving up, James called in For back up From Chase, the manager. Together, these two invested a whole bunch of time, And through their tenacity and ability to think outside the box, they were able to save the day for me And turn what could have been just along scenic Drive into a good and productive trip to town. This was way above and beyond, when the easy and totally acceptable move on their parts could have been to say “go home and get your wallet dummy. See you tomorrow”

I am giving 4 stars because the groomer was nice and she did have A LOT of work to do with my standard poodle. All the hair she has does accumulate debris and is a fox tail magnet. With that being said I did ask that she shave her paws, which is one of the most important things for me since keeping them shaved helps to not pick up things from outside and makes it a lot easier for me to see and pick through if anything does get caught.
I was pretty disappointed because her paws were barely any shorter than when I brought her in. I had to actually shave them myself once we got home. There was clumps of dirt between her paws I wondered if she actually got a real bath.... you can see the amount of hair I had to cut only from her paws, to shave them down.... these pictures were taken right after we got home from...
