Why would anyone go to this filthy place? AND be treated poorly! They forgot to give me my blizzard through the drive through so I went in to get it and it was melting down the sides and the outside was filthy. I asked if they had napkins or a wet rag. Some girl just threw a cup at me and said put it in this. Which made a bigger mess and went everywhere and was all over me. I asked if I could get a new one. The girl gave me a nasty look don’t say a word and threw one on the counter and walked away. I asked if it had malt. Nope. So she had to make another. I asked her not to give me a bad attitude when she was the one that made the mistake. I just asked for napkins in the first place to clean up the mess they gave me. Then she walked away pissed and made another one and threw it on the counter. Again. Not a work. Not sorry or anything. Their mistake. And the thing came an inch below the cup line. Wow! Guess she wanted to reach me a lesson or something. I called to ask for the manager and they laughed at me in the phone and put me on hold for a couple of minutes all while I hear them laughing. I hung up and tried back. They won’t answer. Wow. Just wow. I chose them. I will be choosing g their competitor from now on. Unbelievable. And didn’t get the product I paid for. I love the smoothies and shakes as much as anyone, but this is a must write, not for anything positive, but for the negatives. The one time I leave my phone is the car, go figure. 3 young females were working at this DQ. One handled the drive thru, one the front counter and the other was making food. All ended up touching the food. None had washed their hands, none wore gloves and the one who made my food had dirty jeans and clothes on and had been touching said dirty clothes before she made my food! All had very long hair, none had hair nets. Just ponytails, but with hair that long why bother, it still gets on the food. Major turn off. I thought DQ had better standards than that. Needless to say, we threw away our food after leaving and won't be going back. That was just disgusting. What would the department of health say about this? Just gross. Stay away from the DQ in Cedar City. With all the viruses and so forth out there...why...

I used to always have a great experience with this place but the last few times we've been highly disappointing because I'd rather eat my food than wear it when I come through the drive-thru. I just think they need to check their products before handing it out the window because the last time they gave me a broken cup holder and as she was passing it to me a whole Coke all over my lap all over the inside of my car and then this time I asked for a lids at the speaker and they put it in bigger cups which is fine. I need a lid for a reason, it had ice cream dripping down the side of it also getting on my shirt this time. It's just disappointing when every time you go through something is either spilling all over you making a mess when you just want to be able to take your...
