Noah’s Ark Pet Groomer — Attraction in Cedar Grove

I brought my 8 month old kitten, Twix, to Noah’s Ark Pet Groomer today and what an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! This is the place to bring your pets. The place is owned by a couple and they are so wonderful. They are the sweetest people ever. The woman who grooms all the pets really has a special gift with animals. They all seem to just love her. She spent time with Twix giving her a little treat first and massage her so she felt comfortable before starting. I’ve never seen my cat so calm before. She got a bath, her ears cleaned, and nails clipped. She just sat there so relaxed the whole time. Even while she was clipping her nails! I was shocked. Usually she freaks out when her nails get cut. She seriously has a beautiful connection with animals. Her smile and personality just calms them right down! Not only did Twix come home smelling super clean and great, but she came home with the cutest pink butterfly collar! How adorable! Highly recommend bringing your pets here. I have found my dog Duke a new groomer. We just got Duke about 3 months ago and have been through 3-4 groomers. No one was able to cut his hair due to them saying he was afraid of the clipper noise. Needless to say, he was looking quite shabby before today. The owner of Noah's Ark was AMAZING. She gave him hugs and kisses when he came in shaking and scared. She explained that his fear and anxiety were most likely due to trauma. Me being a therapist was eating this up, nodding my head thinking, "Someone who finally gets it!" She gave him a deep tissue massage and let him run around the shop and play to gain his trust and for him to feel comfortable. When we picked him up, he was a very happy dog that smelled great! I was so happily surprised that she was able to cut his hair! He looks like a puppy again 🥰 This will be our forever grooming home. I don't care if we have to drive 30+ minutes to get there. This is groomer is by far the best groomer we've brought our shitzu to in the last 6 years. We've tried a few different places that we weren't happy with since they didn't do a great job. Luckily, we found this place and we've been extremely happy with their services. Coco always looks so adorable after her grooming sessions and she's always happy and comfortable every time we take her which shows that this place is a safe environment with groomers who treat our pets well. We used to question a prior groomer we would take her to because she would be petrified and extremely scared every time we dropped her off, which was concerning.
