I went to Willow House today to look because I have been a couple of times and bought stuff that was really cute. Today I walked in the store wasn’t greeted because the older woman working was doing a return. Once she was finished I was still browsing clothes and she told the lady doing the return all about the sales that were on the clothes, then she turned and saw me and looked at me with such disdain as if I did not belong in her store. Read moreI really wanted to keep coming here because it is a cute shop. I’ve been here a few times. The first couple of times I went in it felt welcoming and the staff seemed personable and so friendly. I don’t know what changed. It sadly no longer feels that way. The last couple times I’ve been..it has felt VERY unwelcoming and uncomfortable almost like they didn’t care for us to be there. Extremely judgmental. This beautiful young lady approached us with a HUGE welcoming smile and was able to answer all our questions and immediately picked up on my daughter's style.
