Would most certainly not recommend to anyone!! Poor leadership leads to poor results therefore the consumer pays the price in some formal manner (typically speaking) as a result of poor experiences when dealing with corporate entities that doesn’t respect its customers!! Stopped in to get a simple install (quote) on my van only to be disappointed and humiliated by a manager “Jason”, who seemed unwilling to do what it is Im sure ABC warehouse pays him good money to “serve the customer”, yet instead decided that he would utilize his role and position to mistreat customers, (while also failing his “duty”, of serving the company’s best interests by simply upholding customer relations in addition to the integrity of the business, making it welcoming ,and a pleasurable experience to all)!! Made a complaint with his superior “Dave”, (only to be insulted even further with him basically trying to undermine my thoughts, arguments, or concerns) without there ever being a thought in mind or taking the opportunity to hear me (in whole) but yet deciding to express to me his personal opinion (based on a statement he received from a person he works with everyday vs a customer who he will probably never meet in person nor have the diligence enough to expose these people for being rude and piss poor representation of a company that is owned by “shareholders”, that entrust these hacks to maintain their interests (why these (2) individuals are making the brand itself look very bad from a consumer perspective by simply not doing their jobs, and providing superior customer experiences which obviously boost sales while promoting good merit)!! Never received a “call back” from Dave as promised (nor did I honestly expect to do so after the nature of the conversation and his basic inability to “problem solve” and resolve my issue of being basically “over charged” and “belittled” and humiliated, in a appropriate manner that actually resolve with reasonable resolution that serves a mutual benefit!! I hope ABC warehouse as a business find a way to get their business together because their have been many businesses who has been shuttered over the years for poor management and customer retention!! I also plan on sharing my experience with my followers to bring about awareness to businesses who seem to not value customers concerns but choose to stay in business of “serving...
Read moreKnowing alot of furniture is on back order, I asked what was in stock when I went to shop. I was assured that everything in the store was in stock and ready to deliver by my salesperson Rick. I chose a Lane sofa and loveseat set on a Tuesday to be delivered Saturday. Saturday came and only my loveseat was delivered. My friendly delivery people said didn't your salesperson tell you the sofa was on back order? Well no he didn't, but I was assured it would be delivered in about a week. The weeks went by. No sofa. No communication from the store. Whenever I called I was treated as an inconvenience. I had to cancel both my birthday celebration and Thanksgiving at my home due to lack of furniture. Finally, over 4 weeks later I had a delivery date. My sofa arrived, but it was a sleeper, which I didn't order. I was grateful to have something, so I accepted it. I immediately realized it wasn't nearly as comfortable as the love seat and I would rather have the sofa I ordered, as I have no need for a sleeper. I called the next business day and spoke to a manager, Scott I believe? I expressed my frustration and was told that lane went out of business 3 weeks after I placed my order and that I should be grateful for the upgrade. I told him I just wanted what I ordered, and since it would never again be available and I felt I was deceived, that I would like some sort of financial compensation. Rick told me on the date of purchase that he had a dozen of them in stock. He said he would talk to his boss and get back to me the next day. It has been 5 weeks and I have yet to hear back. I love my love seat. I hate my couch. I saved up for this. It was a big deal to me to get new furniture. Please do yourself a favor and don't ever shop here. I should've known better when I saw employees bickering the first time I walked in the door. The communication and level of integrity is awful.
Follow up. You have all of my information on file to contact me. Why would you ask me to contact you yet again? It hasn't been worth my time so far. Put some effort in...
Read moreMy recent experience with ABC Warehouse has left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed. Initially, I was excited to find an appliance online and decided to go into the store to take advantage of the promised perks: free shipping and handling, as well as a promotional $25 discount. The transaction itself went smoothly; they had no trouble taking my money.
However, the real trouble began when it came to delivery. I had opted for next-day delivery, and the delivery driver did call me when they were en route. But to my astonishment, they hung up after just a few rings and refused to respond when I called back. This inexplicable behavior raised concerns.
When the driver finally arrived at my home, he claimed to have rung the doorbell, but my security cameras provided undeniable evidence to the contrary. It was clear that he had not. In frustration, I had the delivery rescheduled for the following day. To my dismay, the appliance arrived in severely damaged condition.
At this point, I had lost all faith in ABC Warehouse and decided to request a refund. Management assured me they would process it, but when I asked for proof of the refund—twice—the store manager failed to provide any documentation. Left with no other option, I had to take matters into my own hands and dispute the charge with my credit card company.
In summary, my experience with ABC Warehouse has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the unprofessional conduct of the delivery driver to the damaged product and the lack of transparency regarding my refund, I cannot recommend shopping at this store to anyone. It has been the worst retail experience I've ever had, and I hope others can avoid the same frustration and disappointment...
