A woman in the library's main reception? comes to the computer lap section, keeps talking to a staff member in the computer lap loudly in the morning. All the students are quiet and busy studying. She recognized students were studying but never lowered her volume, as if she were at a café. It's pretty tough to listen to her private chat while doing homework in the morning. It's not even a work-related matter...I wish our library was a place for students to focus on studying, and somebody who works in the library would read this and help to enhance our academic...
