The Ross has horrible customer service didn’t get my Tuesdays senior discount couldn’t get a refund because the return service was down and in the mall when you ask a question about description of products like type of food what is this called response no english. When you ask how much it cost all of sudden english I wasn’t impressed. I don’t speak Spanish either but I at least thought it was enough english spoken to make a sale and know what the product is called. For example they had fruit cup spears with mangoes, water melon, honey dew melon, and a white spear very white when asked what is that fruit called response I don’t know how to say but its sweet but you can say mango when asked is that cantaloupe weird it was almost like you’re bothering them if you’re not speaking Spanish. Tried asking customers how to say something in Spanish they responded no English won’t be going back. My lyft driver was kind but didn’t know what area to pick me up and I said by the umbrellas sorry no english so I hand my phone to this nice lady who spoke Spanish and english and she told the lift driver the precise location in Spanish I went for the Ross and Ollies store...

The food was delicious && the place was overall FUN! I decided to get a piercing done there worst decision of my LIFE ! first of the piercer has NO customer service what’s so ever she Looked high to me . I get my tongue piercing done which is usually 20 dollars where I live I payed $45 there which was fine until I get home and noticed underneath my tongue was BRUISED I think she popped a vein when I went to ask she said she could of hit a nerve which was fine too next day piercing comes off and when I go to my PROFFESIONAL PIERCER here in de they said she DOES not know what she is doing she put in a short barbell which had no space for swelling which I could tell leaving there but she said that was normal and she proceeded to tell me that she did put a long enough one which was another lie !!!! Both me and my husband are fully vaccinated and we went inside without our masks, as well as many of the people who were shopping there already. We were minding our own business and had already made a purchase when we were headed to the food area. A security guard approached us very angry and started yelling at us that we needed to put our masks on to be inside. Take into consideration we were just walking with out two kids not bothering anyone and there were plenty of other people not wearing masks. Yet he yelled only at us. When I told him he needed to have manners and that was no way of saying things. He sarcastically replied “yes I have very nice manners now get out or go buy a mask.” You need to do a better job of who you hire and make sure they know how to talk to people. We wear masks when the place requieres it without a problem but we didn’t see any signs that said masks are required and none of the store owners said anything to us while visiting them.
