I've been a customer of cricket for over two years and every time I pay my bills they insist on trying to get me to pay $7 for my insurance on my phone when I've always paid $5. They tell me that the new cricket is $7 but I keep telling them that has nothing to do with my bill because I started my service under the original cricket price plan. It doesn't affect my service because I'm not a new customer. Last Sunday afternoon was one of the worse days for me. So many things had gone wrong for me that day, I had actually broken down and cried. I went into the Cricket store to find some way to charge my phone because I was stranded. Two of the most kind young ladies helped me. Alejandra and Ashley were my angels of the day.
