Got a haircut and color done with Shiv and am so happy with the result! Over the years moving place to place I’ve found it difficult to find a stylist who knew how to color brunette hair but Shiv did not disappoint! I showed her a couple of inspo pictures and she knew exactly what I was going for. It was almost like she was reading my mind. She took her time and explained every step and why she was doing it which further solidified what a pro she is at what she does. Groom Culture in general was great on the inside as well. My barber was very kind and professional. However, when I called ahead, I had requested to see if there was anyone familiar with cutting my Pompadour style hair. I was given the name of the barber and showed up at my respective time and showed a picture of how my hair usually is. Unfortunately, while the end product was okay, it wasn't close to how I usually have my hair styled and it'll now take me quite a bit to allow my hair to grow back from a standard side part to the Pompadour. Overall, while the experience and customer service was great, I can't say I'm anything but sad regarding the end result.
