Tobacco & Vapes — Attraction in Chanhassen

No longer live in the area, so I called to a couple places ahead because the pods I needed aren't always available at some stores. I ended up going into Green Leaf across the street first, simply because they said they had my pods, and were closing sooner. Not only did they not have them (only had the mesh kind), but I felt so disrespected and cut off by them while asking anything that I came here to purchase a slightly different pod anyway. The girl I spoke to on phone was so friendly in person AND over phone that I wish I just came here in the first place... very welcoming environment!!

Turns out everyone was thinking the same thing because other people in the shop felt the same. I wish I got her name, but the blonde cashier mentioned she used to work at Green Leaf and I'm glad that Tobacco & Vapes have her now!

Not to mention they have better...

Went in this week to get a Novo pod and the older woman said she did not know what that was… I have never had problems with other employees not knowing very popular devices! She then got mad at me and proceeded to tell me it doesn’t exist when I told her I come to the store often for them. I even showed her the pod I had with me and she took it from me then threw it across the store. As I was walking to pick up my pod she called her drug dealer asking for some things I’d rather not name and yelled at me to get out.

Since the other employees have been great I’m leaving 4 stars, but this...

Honestly I have been to so many tobacco stores in the twin cities, but I never felt more welcome then this store. Hamza took extra good care of me and showed me around the store as well, he made me feel welcome and the prices are way better then other tobacco stores. I’m definitely going to make this the only tobacco store I go to just because the prices and the services....
