Stopped by this place last week, and decided to switch to a vape until weaning off nicotine altogether. When I walked in there were two employees there, one young lady, and a young man. The young lady was attentively helping another customer, but the guy was sitting back on the counter, completely immersed into his cell phone, totally oblivious to me looking at the vapes. I had to call for his attention, and even then he seemed somewhat distributed at me for distracting him from whatever he was doing on his phone. I asked him what the best vape was, and he pointed one out, and told me a few features of it. I had already decided I was going to buy one, so I told him I'd take it, then I asked him what his favorite flavor of juice was. He simply pointed me to the rack of sale bottles, without giving me a specific recommendation. He then rang me up, and didn't even take the vape out of the box to show me how to use it, what to replace, or even how to turn it on. At the end of the day, I am very happy with the vape, after I went home and watched a few YouTube videos on how to use it, but the service here, It almost seemed as if I was a burden to him, rather then an appreciated customer.
