The food quality I've received from this location through numerous orders over the past year has just become awful! When I receive my orders they are often missing items and/or made completely incorrectly! When contacting the store about these issues they give the consistent impression they couldn't care less! My order last week was the final straw for me. After waiting for my order to be delivered for almost 2 hours, I received it incomplete via a Door Dash delivery driver, not a Papa John's driver, completely ice cold, absolutely gross in appearance and the seals on all 7 of the items I did receive were torn open! The driver told me he couldn't help me regarding the missing items because he doesn't work for them. I had no idea they used Door Dash drivers and weren't using their own drivers, but apparently they are now in a "partnership" to do so. The manager was completely rude and didn't see a problem with items missing, the food being cold or the fact that all of the seals on my order had been broken meaning they had been opened after being closed by the store. I was told the "partnership" doesn't give them any control over the order once it's picked up but Door Dash says it's not in their control either. If they have a "partnership" with them then they should care about the service provided to their customers on their behalf. Had I known when placing the order they were using another service for delivery I wouldn't have done it to begin with, there was no mention on the website or when I placed the order. The other issues on top of that and all the numerous chances I've given this location made that the last chance I would ever give...
Read moreWe got take out, everyone was very nice however Papa John's is having a special price on their specialty pizzas because they are usually expensive. I paid the cashier which happened to be the manager. I was waiting for my pizza and I got to thinking about how much my total was and I realized it was to much. I then asked the manger girl for a receipt I looked at it and realized they charged me too much. I brought it to her attention and she said the register takes the money off under a discounted section. Then she asked if she could see the receipt she looked at it and then she saw where it didn't take anything off and then she corrected it. The part that bothers me is if I wouldn't have been persistent I would have paid $15 over. That might not sound like a lot too many but I am a single mom.. however when we did get home the pizza was amazing!!! I just wanted to give a detailed review to make people aware but I also wanted to say that everyone was very nice inside of Papa John's and again the pizza was amazing very good...
Read moreI had a highly disappointing experience with this location, which I feel could have been easily avoided with better customer service. I placed an order for a large pizza and wings, and the phone call went smoothly. The woman I spoke with was polite, and after confirming my order, total, and a pickup time of 36-46 minutes, she assured me the order was successfully placed. However, when my husband arrived to pick up the order 40 minutes later, he was informed that it had never been processed. Rather than offering a reasonable solution—such as expediting our order and apologizing for the inconvenience - they simply asked him to reorder and informed him he would have to wait an additional hour. This lack of effort to make things right was incredibly frustrating and reflects poor management and a lack of regard for customer satisfaction.I am extremely disappointed with the experience and will not be returning to this location...
