Black Crystal Lash and Brow Studio — Attraction in Charlotte

Ive been getting my lashes done for a little over 3 years by the same person. However it was hard to find appointments to fit into my hectic nurse schedule.I've been to Black crystal twice now. My first visit was nice. The salon is beautiful and everyone is really nice. My lashes looked amazing. During the grow out I noticed some areas of my lashes had glue/extensons clumped together making it difficult for my lashes to naturally shed. I made an appointment for removal because I didn't want any lash damage. When I arrived at my appointment they encouraged me to get a correction and fill with periodic checks on the application by the owner. I agreed and I'm glad I did. I could tell there were a few teaching moments happening during the appointment. This was totally fine with me because everyone has to learn and I appreciated that they stood by their word. My lashes look great (once again) and I have 0 glue clumps this time around. It's easy for a business to handle customers when there are no issues; it's how they handle mistakes that show their dedication to customer satisfaction. I was new to lash extensions and didn't really know much of it , i had my first time lash extensions done somewhere else but after almost 2 weeks into it I wasn't happy with the results, my eyelashes felt heavy and unnatural so I wanted to get them redone. I Found Black Crystal lashes on IG, I DM her with questions and was able to get an appointment immediately, Ksenia was my lash tech , she made me feel so comfortable and was so patient with me since I was undecided about the style I wanted to go for, I showed her some pictures to get some ideas and after choosing the right style I wanted , she did an amazing job!! I've had lashes done by both Kristina and Ksenia and I would recommend both! Kristina really cares about the health of your lashes and will go above and beyond to achieve the look you want. There's been many times I've gone in and have changed my mind about lash shape and lash length and Kristina is always happy to change the look. When I first started seeing Kristina, my lashes were not very healthy and were super thin. We've finally got them to a healthy state :) and there was even a time I had some real natural lashes missing (my fault) and Kristina was able to create a bridge to hide my "bald" spot until the new lash growth came through.
