I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the associate, Trever, who treated us with such kindness during our visit. My young son accidentally spilled his ice cream on the seat cushion, and there was water spilled nearby by another table. As someone recovering from a recent pedestrian car accident, I was unable to clean it myself. Trever responded with such kindness—reassuring me that it was okay and even wishing me a blessed evening. His words stayed with me.
We stayed for nearly three hours. As a single parent to an almost three-year-old, I cannot overstate how much it meant to have a safe and welcoming space for my son, Brett, to run and play freely. The indoor playground truly was a saving grace for both of us that day.
Chick-fil-A has long been known as a place where families feel comfortable and cared for. I’ve always appreciated the joy of sitting in the play area, watching my child connect with others. Sadly, many locations have chosen to remove their playgrounds. I truly hope this location continues to protect and honor this space. It serves a quiet but powerful purpose for families like mine.
Though the team appeared to be working with fewer staff members than usual, every employee remained calm, gracious, and attentive throughout our visit. Their efforts did not go unnoticed.

Read moreWent through the drive thru just a short time ago. Waited a few minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there even though a car had just pulled away. Person seemed to rush like they didnt want to take the whole order. Then when I get to the window and pay the girl hands me a bag with half my order and no drinks. They failed to even take my order correctly. I had to pay twice for an iced coffee and rang up two hashbrowns instead of a fruit cup I ordered with one meal. Asked where my food was the girl said it's in there. I can visibly see half my food is missing. I asked again gave the receipt paid for a 2nd iced coffee they never rung up all while a manager stood back and visibly rolled her eyes.They did finally give my sandwich for 2nd meal but never gave the second hashbrown. If they didn't hear me correctly that's fine or something happened mid order or they entered something incorrect and had to delete and re-enter and didn't recall what I ordered that's fine just verify what I ordered, don't make an assumption get it wrong and then argue with me and give half my food. I have never had an issue here or any other chik fil a but this was just absurd. I shouldn't have to argue to get the food I ordered and paid for. The workers seemed more like they were bothered to have to stop their fun to work including the manager. I work less than 2 miles from this place. have for over a year now... and I don't eat out often; when I grab breakfast it is always chic fil a - well this is the ONLY chic Fil a that has a drive thru that you have to check before you pull off. (I guess I am spoiled from Ballantyne) The Drive thru personnel ... hmmmm, perhaps its too early and they just don't want to be there, not the happiest group in the morning . I can say that is one thing I go to Chic Fila for the attitudes of the employees.. they are the kindest people!!! Not in Indian Land!!! I have never been inside so I can't speak to the employees on the inside but the drive thru needs some revamping. I have actually had to get out of my car for condiments after discussing them before pulling off from the menu board. and the presentation of the food,... Yep see for yourself. EVERY one of the Minis were this way.. they ALWAYS are... i doubt I will be going back to the Indian Land store.
