Tried to give this place another shot but another bad experience. Cashier is full of attitude with zero empathy and no regard for customer service! Store is out of sautéed veggies.
Full experience:
I am building two takeout bowls and the sautéd veggies container is empty. I ask them if they have more veggies coming and he says no and then a line cook from behind tells him that they can cook more veggies if I can wait and i said okay I’ll wait.
My bowls are passed on to the pico sour cream section and I finish ordering and the gracious lady offers to pack my bowls and then pack the veggies on the side when they are ready. I love that idea and I also order a side of queso.
The bowls are passed on to an an extremely rude cashier who has no clue that they are out of veggies and am waiting for them. She rings me up and I tell her I am still waiting on my veggies. She tells me the would be extra. I explain the situation and so does the lady who brought my food. Then she rings me up, I scan my membership QR code and my rewards for free queso and rewards for buy one get one reward. She tells me that I’ll have to use these rewards next time as she has already rung me up. I tell her that I haven’t paid so you can still take my rewards but she pushes back, I ask for her manager and then she creates a stink about it and says her manager is going to say the same thing. I push back again and she looks at me in disgust with a really bad attitude and tells me that she will accept my loyalty rewards as a favor but from next time I need to tell the cashier ahead of time that I am using a loyalty rewards. Read morei have lived in indian land for about 11 years now. i eat out a lot. i've been to this chipotle about 4 or 5 times in the last 3 months or so. my sons started asking for chipotle all of a sudden (i don't eat fast food except chic-fil-a.) every time i've been there, the restaurant was filthy dirty. this last visit, yesterday (7.28.23) i went in around 7:30pm or so. the spit guard was nasty, the steamer area where they keep the food was dirty, there were 4 trays that were empty (both brown/white rice, beans and mystery tray) and the food preparer was having to get rice and steak from the to go area (separate food station.) the area were they place your food so the person at the register can ring you up had food all over the counter. the trash cans were full and overflowing. the drink stations was a wreck.... i counted 8 employees in that restaurant - EIGHT. they were nice kids and all but 100% poor leadership and management. as i was leaving the parking lot, just right outside their front door is the industrial size trash cans we all know of. i asked my son to take a picture as we were leaving. this is literally about 5 yards from their store and you see this phote as you are driving out - YOU CAN'T MISS IT. as a customer who just ordered dinner for his family, you absolutely do not want to see this when you are leaving. it says everything about this place. i'll maybe try again down the road, probably not. i'll just stick to chic-fil-a, but my kids are getting tired of that being the only fast food place i'll go to. why? they are the opposite of every fast food place around. don't get me started on Freddie's. chipotle might be slightly...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I have been customers at this location for a few months now, we’ve had minor hiccups nearly every visit, but in particular we have had recurring issues with one employee when he takes our order, Brandon. The first occurrence, Brandon seemed to be extremely overwhelmed, and because of that he was not paying attention and trying to fly through our order. Because of this, he added toppings to our bowls that were meant to be on the side, due to the fact that he didn’t even let us get the sentences out before he began slinging the toppings onto the bowls. That is not the primary issue though, tonight we visited and we were ordering six bowls. It started off fine until Brandon came over and took over, he huffed and puffed the entire time whilst attempting to rush through all 6 bowls. It got to the point where it felt like he wasn’t even listening and he began adding random toppings to the bowls. Luckily, I saw this and called him out and he restarted. It is frustrating seeing the team be held back by one employee, not only is he rude and impatient with customers, but with his coworkers as well. Every visit where Brandon was present, we witnessed him being unnecessarily rude and foul towards his fellow employees.
