Creamy Scoops of Indian Land (ice cream/Coffee) — Restaurant in South Carolina

This place does not deserve 4.7 review rating. They only have that because they are so close to mini golf. Came here with family. This place had no clue what they were doing. They assumed all 10 of us were paying together even when we asked to pay separately. One person ordered a classic banana sundae but they forgot the banana until the end then only put 2 scoops of ice cream when a classic comes with 3 scoops. I asked for a caramel macchiato the employees didn't know how to use the machine they had to pull out a book. Then she proceeded to put the steamed milk in first not the flavor or the coffee. It had no flavor just tasted like black coffee. My aunt got a toasted marshmallow frappe and again they didn't know how to make it. They didn't even fill the cup full. They only know how to put basic ice cream into a cone. However, I would choose jeni's any day to this place which is literally 2 mins down the road....

Listen….my wife and I just left and when I tell you the vibe is IMPECCABLE!! The ice cream quality, flavors and choices are an absolute delight. To find a creamery that also carries Indian delicacies right here in South Carolina is a joy I did not expect to experience today. Moni is AWESOME! Her vibe is everything. She is very personable, customer service oriented and such a joy to speak to.We were offered samples that were generous and delicious. My wife had the blue panda and butter pecan and I had blue panda and cotton candy. My wife had a waffle cup and I had a waffle cone. Before I could ask if they offered a rewards program Moni gave me a rewards card. That is EXCELLENT customer service and the first time it has been offered without having to ask. So happy to see the positive reviews and that this privately owned business is doing well! Some friends and I had the pleasure of trying their delicious ice cream the first day they were open after a round of golf next door. We had been eyeing the shop the whole time, hoping they would still be open by the time we finished, but sure enough by the time we were able to make it over they were closing up. However, the owners graciously invited us in, offered us samples to try while we decided what to buy and chatted with us a bit after! They didn't have to do any of that, but, the fact that they did says a lot about who they are, which are very nice people who value their customers. That combined with their awesome ice cream will undoubtedly keep people coming back...
