Carolina Beauty — Attraction in Charlotte

I bought come curling creme and it smelled really bad...I returned it and wanted to exchange it for something else. The girl at the register said the manager said I can exchange it for the same curling creme but a different one .That jar had a foul odor too!. The product was apparently old...They said I used it and I did but the smell was so strong it made my hair stink...I told the girl at the counter she can have my old one because I didn't want it back. I told her to throw it in the garage. The manager never came out and apologized for having old products on the shelf and neither did the cashier.The customer service sucks there!! The manager doesn't care about customer service!The creme was 7.29 and that wasn't even a lot of money and they wasnt going to lose amy money.The store wasn't losing any money over a measly 7.29. Why would I want another creme like the one I bought because it had a odor too. Never going to shop there again! Too many young teenagers working there and don't kno anything about products or the brands they sell there. You ask them something and they don't kno anything...All they care about is money. I hope people stop shopping there...

I gave two stars bc they are open. I literally walked around the whole store. I saw two brands Of crochet hair, the first one is Lulutress and Maya. This

It’s interesting why everyone goes to Amazon or private sellers but this ain’t the cap when I walked to the wig section the guy act like he couldn’t understand my English I asked for a specific color per type wig and he did like a little scan over the area that I was standing in And said oh no, we don’t have any in the back. So tell me why he continued to stand right beside me as I was looking through the rest of the collection of wigs this made me uncomfortable.

I left please people keep in mind do your homework first Not every public business wants you to take your time or ask them questions for more stock, it’s dusty and overpriced from merchandise that go back ten plus years ago.

I absolutely pick this beauty supply store over all the rest in Charlotte. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable about what you are looking for. The store manager Jake I think is his name. He is such a charm and go above and bound to help you find the products that you are looking for. He even give you the best prices. On top of that I broke my heel on my shoe while shopping and he gave me a cute fancy pair of sandals for free but first he tried to repair my heels 😊 In the past when the store was ran differently it wasn’t my favorite place to shop for my beauty needs but now this is the only beauty supply store I shop at. I don’t mind spending my money here at all. There’s a great vibe you get when you walk through the doors. Thank you for a awesome...
