It's a great community with friendly people. I have a friend who stays in the same community. The reason I give it a 4 star, cause people speed when there is alot of kids in the neighborhood and not only that, but my friend and his 2 neighbors got there car broken into. The cops were called and nothing happened. I feel like, if this is a HOA community than they should have police in that neighborhood like any other HOA community that I been in, cause my friends either lived in a community like that and I also lived in a community like that when police was present and patrolling. We need to be safe and keep our kids...
