Lotus Chinese Cuisine — Restaurant in Charlotte

If I could give zero Stars I would I have been a loyal customer of Lotus Cuisine for about 5 years now but I am sorry to say that last night will be the last time I would ever eat at this place again I put a order in for delivery last night and when I went to start to eat my food it wasn't right ..and so I put it up and the next day when I left work I called.. first they left me on hold and I had to call back The rude lady that I spoke with named Summer said for me to bring my food back for them to exchange it ..well I said ok. When arriving there I walked in to return the food and I asked for her I looked up and she basically snatched the platter out of my hand and threw the exchanged platter on the counter I was in shock ...... it was like I did something wrong. .... I've never been treated that way and I'm even scared now to eat the new platter so I tossed it in the trash...I don't trust that place . So they got free money from me I guess but I learned my lesson I will never eat there again or recommend it to my worse enemy. I was told to try this place and was highly disappointed. I got the beef and broccoli which was undercooked. The egg roll was burnt. The best thing about the meal was the broccoli. I contacted the restaurant which attempted to offer a credit which I wasn’t interested in. I simply wanted a refund. The manager declined so I simply disputed with my bank & she was fine with that instead of just giving the refund. I thanked her and let her know I won’t be returning nor would I recommend. The tea wasn’t good either . They add lemon or something not enough sugar. She also tried to tell me no one complained about the beef “today” lol I thought that was comical. But won’t be returning or recommending to anyone. I’m shocked they’re still in business with food they’re serving. House of Leng is where I usually go and should have went. My mistake. Ordered my food for lunch outside the lunch rush like at 1:45pm but it was my lunch break

They gave my food to someone else because the cashier would rather have a conversation then pay attention to what she is doing did not realize it to 25 mins later Never said a word to me and I was sitting right there, I had to over hear it Told me the lady was bringing it back like I want that Expected me to wait another 10 mins for them to make it another one no discount, no apology, and no lunch for me today

Now that I went back and read reviews this is just a poorly run establishment Just find somewhere else to eat it’s not...
