I'm not sure how to rate this visit. 3 stars is being overly considerate. I placed my order at the drive thru window. There were 2 cars in front of me. The wait at this point wasn't long, the driver in front of me pulled out of line. When I got to the window I reviewed my order with the cashier to be sure she had it right and she did something on the register and took my payment and gave me the drink. My complete order was ready a minute later, but I had to wait another minute for the popcorn chicken. No problem. Got the order pulled to the side to check for accuracy and sure enough it was wrong ... way wrong. I pulled around and went inside. The lady walks past me then turns back after a minute to see if she could help me. I explain that my order was incorrect she said give it to me so I can throw it away, I told her I would keep it if she was gonna trash it. She said she had to, I said okay and I waited for my food. Then the manager tells me that I have to wait 10 minutes for the chicken to cook. I'm ok with that. The chicken is ready and the lady gets my order completely wrong AGAIN. This time she says I can keep the incorrect order. WOW! I wait another 10 minutes before my order is complete an accurate. I was unbelievably patient for this fiasco. I will say that the manager Renee was cool and did finally get everyone working together. My visit came right at a shift change. Food is expensive enough with out dealing with someoneās bad attitude while you spending your hard earn money. You never know what the other person is going through. I come here quite often. And Iām really patient with the staff when they put my order in wrong. But today was the staff was just rude. First, when I was asked what drink I wanted I said ice water. The lady replies back bottle or cup. Be it was hard to hear on the speaker so repeated ice water. She said okay thatās a cup, in the rudest way. I order the three piece white crispy number 8ā¦I get my order handed to me in a rude way fyi. I pull off. Itās only two pieces. So I turn around, go inside, another woman gives me the missing piece. I left opened my box and itās a huge piece of original chicken breast added. So I turn around again go back in the store. The girl that took my order the first time took my box and added the crispy. But was rude, frowning, not making eye contact, just moody. I even apologized for coming in again bc I felt like I was bothering them. But Iām spending my money here. I should not have to feel this way just getting food. I probably wonāt visit this location on my lunch again. She was trying to rush me while I was giving my order in the drive-thru, cutting me off and over talking me. When I said," I'm sorry?", she got very loud & repeated my order with an attitude over the speaker. Once I drove to the window, I saw a female with long braids and she had a scowl on her face, while shaking her head, left to right. I decided not to say anything to avoid escalating the situation but I was very upset. The employee's name listed on the receipt is "Jamiss". Everyone has bad days but she's never friendly. If you work with the public and you stay with an attitude, please choose another career. This one's not for you.
