Dollar Tree — Attraction in Charlotte

Got into an argument with cashier ( Sandra Alvarado). She told us to go to a new line that just opened. We were next in her line, and she kept pushing us to go to the other line so we went cause we didn't want her to check us out anymore. The new line was longer and I said that to her. She starts mouthing off I'm rude and she was trying to help me. She just didnt want to check us out cause we had alot of items. She continues to harass me in front of my family saying I wont stop talking but she is the only one talking. I told her she is the one who keeps talking and I can do it too. We can go all day. When I get checked out, I ask for the manager. The new cashier says she is the manager. She just sat back and watched me argue with the other cashier and said nothing. You could tell she was scared of the other cashier and that the cashier I argued with tries to intimidate people. She tried to do me and it did not work. I can bark loud too! Only thing is I make 3 times what she makes an hour! Called corporate. To no availability. Have not heard back. Update still no call from corporate ( 5 months later ) Months later. Corporate never contacted me. This was not during a holiday or any busy season. Dollar tree is not even...

Today in the afternoon I was in this store with my daughter and my niece, while we waited in line, a lady began to insult us because I do not hear speaking Spanish and when she arrived where the cashier began to tell her that our presence bothered her and that we were very near her, but it's a lie because we kept our distance and used a mask, what bothered the lady was that she heard us speaking Spanish and that's why she insulted us, my daughter speaks English and had to listen to the lady's rudeness discriminating us The worst thing was that the cashier told us that our language also bothered her and that "we" never paid attention ... it is really humiliating that we have to go through a situation like this, when we left the store we called to speak with him manager and it turns out that it was the same cashier and she cut us off ... a total disappointment in a store where day by day we live that kind of discrimination... the cashier's...

Make sure you stop by the Galleria Dollar Tree for a nice dose of racial profiling from PAM. This is my local Dollar Tree where I frequent and have never been so insulted nor have I ever seen PAM working there. For context let me just say they have a self checkout which I normally love as I only had a few items to quickly check out with. PAM decided to hover behind me the whole time rather than the WHITE family that had a basket full of items. When I turned around and stared back at her she decided to speak. A customer came in inquiring about balloons rather than walk away and assist them she stayed glued behind me until I paid the measly 5 bucks and change for my items. The next customer that came after me was WHITE so PAM felt safe enough to walk away. Again NEVER in my life have I been so insulted. Please enroll PAM in the next racial insensitivity course as she needs training on how not to profile black...
