Game Show Battle Rooms - Charlotte (Ballantyne) — Attraction in Charlotte

Let me first off say that I had left a five star review and had to change it please see below. July 20,2025. Tons of fun! Steven and Alyssa were so much fun. We were all engaged, laughing, screaming. Highly recommended for a party or business for team building. We did the classic games with 9 people. We were divided into 2 teams and even though we had an odd number, the teams seemed equal. The less numbered team did slightly get more play time and the more numbered team individually got less. But the scoring was equal. I originally had a five star review, but I am editing it today July 29,2025. I quickly learned after our party, individuals who wanted drinks were offered a military discount. Which is awesome! They did not offer that online when I originally placed the reservation. I called the morning of our reservation as we had one more guest to add to our party. Their response was very helpful and said once we arrived at the game, to let them know, and they could easily add more individuals. After the party, I had inquired about applying our military discount to our finalized bill. Alyssa and Steve were amazing during the party; however, they could not help us with the military discount. I explained that I would be fine with a credit for future playing if they could not offer a refund or credit. I was directed to contact Mollie Moore the manager.

When I called Mollie it was very odd, the phone number was directed to an automated system that said I could text to leave a message. I received a text message from the answering service. “ Hi, I am currently unavailable to answer your call. fFeel free to respond over text, otherwise I will call you back thanks.” I left a text message that evening and with no response I left another text message a week later. I have left two messages and have had no response. I am very frustrated as being ignored obviously is not a good feeling and that I potentially could have received this discount and made arrangements to come back at a later time. I had told my boss about the game show and wanted to return with our company, but now I am hesitant to make arrangements with them. My five star review is now changed to three star because of lack of communication and customer service. One apparently does not want my continued business if they cannot be respectful to return a phone call and answer a...

Forget dusty trivia nights and predictable board games – Game Show Battle Room is where the real fun is at! My recent visit was an absolute blast, and I'm already counting down the days until I can return for a round of their classic games. This place is, without a doubt, amazing, and the sheer amount of fun we had is hard to put into words. From the moment we stepped in, the energy was infectious. Our team, the hilariously named "Magically Delicious," was ready to take on all challengers, especially our equally amusing opponents, "Deez Nutz" (the laughs started before the game even began!). The setup is fantastic, truly making you feel like you're on a real TV game show. But the real stars of the show were our hosts, Que and Savannah. These two are a dynamic duo! Que's enthusiasm was off the charts, keeping the excitement levels soaring with his quick wit and fantastic banter. He effortlessly guided us through each round, making sure everyone was involved and having a great time. Savannah was equally brilliant, ensuring everything ran smoothly and adding her own delightful charm to the proceedings. Their combined energy and professionalism made the entire experience seamless and incredibly enjoyable. They fostered a fantastic atmosphere, encouraging friendly competition and endless laughter. We left Game Show Battle Room buzzing with adrenaline and aching from all the laughter. It's an experience that brings out your competitive spirit while ensuring everyone has an unforgettable time. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a unique and incredibly fun outing. "Magically Delicious" will definitely be back, and next time, we're ready to conquer...

Literally THE MOST AMAZING time. We surprised our Birthday girl by celebrating her 28th birthday and she said it was THE GREATEST thing anyone's planned for her. A room playing games with your bestest friends. Hell yeah! But when I say, this couldn't have been possible without Rell and Jessica... That's a complete understatement. We truly felt like we were in gameshow. We were the last group of the night and any normal person would have been exhausted but not the dream team. Rell and Jessica were high energy since we walked in! We had to wait a little bit longer for our room but Jessica was so kind and accommodating, taking pictures for us and keeping us entertained with that larger than life personality of hers. Then we met non other than THE Rell Harvey, don't mistake him for Steve Harvey - with his shiny red sequined blazer, we knew it was game time! The rooms were well designed and large. The games were great but I have a bone to pick with some of these grandmas they surveyed..some cost us the game 😂 It was high energy fun THE ENTIRE time. The only way you won't have fun is because of the group you bring. So call up your friends, settle those debates and arguments on the Game Show...
