K|LA Boutique — Attraction in Charlotte

Every time I’ve visited and made purchaes at this store, I’ve never once been offered anything to drink. Today, (which will be my last day), I spent quite a bit of time browsing and even spoke with both of the associates. Moments later, the same associate I was just speaking with, walks over to two separate customers and immediately offers them drinks, listing off several options, and enthusiastically invited one of them to draw for a percentage off her purchase when she first walked in the store. It seems that the employees here selectively choose which customers to engage with, creating an unwelcoming and inconsistent environment.

When I mentioned this to the other associate, I was told, “Oh, we were preoccupied at the register before.” That response didn’t feel genuine or professional. While the store does carry some cute items, many are significantly overpriced especially for the level of service provided. I will be sticking with stores that...

There is no sense of customer satisfaction at this store. The quality of materials and craftsmanship is extremely poor given the price of some of their products. It took three people including sales associates to get the zipper up on a dress at the store because of the poor quality of the dress. I bought the dress for a family shoot and was not able to use it because even with three people they couldn’t get the zipper up and it ended up breaking. The sales personnel admitted they had the same issue with every single person who had bought the dress when they tried it on at the store. When I brought the dress back, they refused to even offer a store credit because of the broken zipper, even though they were aware of the faulty item they had sold. Would never buy a single item from this place, terrible quality and terrible customer satisfaction, would give 0 stars...

NEW FAVORITE STORE! I’m so sad that I don’t live in Charlotte. I would totally shop here all the time if I lived here. Their clothing is absolutely stunning and customer service is out of the park! Abigail and Lisa were fantastic! Lisa even told me about the different local designers that they sell. FLORA by Alexandria is my new favorite clothing brand. Her prints are beautiful! I am just a curvier woman so I do wish she had slightly larger sizes bc Id buy tons more from her! Their jewelry brands are super cool too and a lot are local that design these too!
