Excellent product and fast shipping. The addition of a cold pack for the badder was a nice touch. I didn't have to heat or set out to settle before dropping it in the mini fridge. The effects are excellent with the Chemdog crumble delivering as advertised. Will definitely order again.

FOLLOWUP: Product Consistency and Customer Service Issue: I ordered a gram of Super Lemon Haze Live Rosin concentrate and upon opening the jar I immediately noticed a pleasant fruity aroma as well as the light color and soft smooth consistency. I liked it so much I ordered an eighth which was just as pleasant. As I neared the end of the eighth I decided to order another eighth, taking advantage of their Sunday concentrate coupon. I have been ordering from Kanna for a long time and orders are typically processed and shipped by Wednesday. However, on this occasion, my order was still showing "Processing" on Thursday morning so I used the contact form on the website. I received a response and the order shipped that afternoon. I received the product on Saturday and was disappointed upon opening the jar. The product I received has a more pungent odor with dark color and hard, almost crumbly consistency. I IMMEDIATELY attempted to contact Kanna regarding the issue and have received no response. I'm reducing my review to 3 start as a last ditch effort to get this resolved as direct contact has...

Liked the place at first.. then realized we were sold the wrong thing.

Then I was told that there was a mix up with labels!!!

We specifically asked for orange fuel d8, and instead got the CBD VERSION

When I brought this to the company’s attention, at first they said that they would swap out my product for the right one! Then they started saying that what I had was actually in fact d8 and that there was a labeling issue!!

But as a D8 and CBD consumer, I know the difference!!

And trust me what I got is CBD. I don’t like being lied to or taken advantage of.

At first I was very pleased because they were trying to fix my issue, now I just feel like I’m being played!

In my opinion the staff that work there have no clue what they’re doing, and are very unprofessional! If someone’s asking for a specific product it is your job to ensure that you were giving them that specific product!

It is also your job to be very knowledgeable about every product that is in the store!

And if a customer has a complaint and they’re asking for you to fix the problem you should follow through with your word!

We love Kanna CBD. I (Ginger Claypoole) use the vitality CBD oil daily. I have felt a big difference in my overall well being and concentration.
