I recently had the pleasure of visiting Spectrum Nails for a medi-pedi session, and let me tell you, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. As a male, I had always been a bit hesitant about indulging in self-care activities traditionally associated with women, but I'm so glad I finally decided to give it a try.
From the moment I stepped into Spectrum Nails, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The salon had a modern and sophisticated ambiance, which instantly put me at ease. The music playing in the background was soothing, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation.
The staff assigned me to a talented nail technician who was not only skilled but also incredibly professional. She took the time to listen to my preferences and tailored the treatment specifically to my needs. She explained each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable at all times.
The medi-pedi itself was an absolute treat. The nail technician paid exceptional attention to detail and ensured that my feet and hands were treated with the utmost care. The exfoliation and massage left me feeling rejuvenated, and my hands and feet were left looking and feeling better than ever before. The products used were of the highest quality, and I loved the luxurious feel of the lotions and scrubs.
One of the things that impressed me the most was the cleanliness and hygiene maintained at Spectrum Nails. The tools and equipment were sterilized before each use, giving me peace of mind knowing that I was in safe hands. The comfortable pedicure chairs were also cleaned thoroughly after each client, fostering a clean and germ-free environment.
What truly sets Spectrum Nails apart, though, is the inclusive and accepting atmosphere they cultivate. As a male, I initially had some reservations about entering a nail salon. However, the staff at Spectrum Nails made me feel welcome and accepted, creating an environment that was free of judgment. I was able to relax and enjoy my treatment without any concerns, which made the experience all the more enjoyable.
Overall, my medi-pedi experience at Spectrum Nails was beyond amazing. The attention to detail, the skilled technicians, the top-notch products, and the welcoming atmosphere all contributed to a truly remarkable experience. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and with a newfound appreciation for the importance of self-care. Men, do not hesitate to treat yourself to a medi-pedi at Spectrum Nails - you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAugust 5th 2025 update - well the ratings still at one star. I see the lady today wearing a white hat three rolls behind on the right she's still there. The other one beside her doesn't smile but give you a scowling look. Happy customer service!! š¤£
I just read someone else's review that was a long time customer. The owner replied to their review. He charged it for a full set then had the nerve to reply to her. Just for the butcher job that one worker did on me last year, they demanded $10. Sign of a shady place. By the way I didn't say earlier but, their bar area had boxes and no customers around. The woman at the counter, an African American woman was nice but I could not go back into that place. Never. There are places around here that are nicer to the customers and treat them special.
2024 ===
I thought they would be professional when I walked in there. Here's the deal when you walk in. The woman on the first right side seat second row is very unprofessional. The woman that I dealt with was rushing me. She didn't answer any of my questions. She seems to be annoyed by me asking questions and clearing the clippings from past services off the desk. And this has never has happened before.
I had other places offer me water or wine without any minimum. The woman who serviced me, must have assumed that the work was under $50 and I didn't need any kind of liquids. She made me feel very cheap and unwanted as a customer.
I thought that a little hoaxy since I never knew the price of the work that was going to be done. So they predetermined how much money I was going to spend. The woman told me that she's the best in the place and I told her I heard that before. That made her more annoyed at me and she started speaking Vietnamese angrily about me.
. The woman behind the counter came over and asked what's wrong. And explain to her that she was rushing me. And I didn't like her and I wanted someone else she just said okay $10. See the picture of the thumb she never really cleaned up. It makes me wonder what quality work they do there? After all, the place was empty.
Okay. I am believe me I have been to nails salons from Charlotte all the way to Augusta Georgia. This place, and I don't know how they stay in business is just rude. This is the first time and the last time that'll ever...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad been going to Spectrum Nail Spa for about 4 months got Amanda on my 1st visit and fell in love she's a great nail tech and it's convenient to my job I can walk across the street but I've only been able to get her a few times after that mostly for repairs of several broken nails with in a week, or gel polish peeling with in 2-3 days on several occasions but I kept going back hoping to land in her chair because I never had issues when she serviced me despite feeling like my service was rushed while being serviced by the owner on more than one occasion even forgetting to turn on the UV light twice. So on one of my many repair visits last week she was there about to service a client but was able to do my repair so I told her I had stopped by trying to be serviced by her several times and was informed that her schedule changed to Sunday and Monday only and she confirmed that was the case so I asked if she took appointments and she said in fact she did so I was sure to schedule an appointment for that upcoming Monday and while scheduling the receptionist took my number as well. My appointment was this morning only to be told Amanda wasn't there she'll be in later, ok what time will she be here I have an appointment, he didn't know, then the receptionist says Amanda doesn't work on Monday and I tell her I was told by staff and Amanda herself that she only worked on Sunday and Monday which is why I scheduled my appointment for today so she looks in the book and when I show her my appointment with my number written beside it she goes to the back and comes back out and says oh her son is sick she had to take him to the Dr. ok fine, things happen but why didn't you call and tell me that before I drove over here in the pouring rain on my day off š¬!!! Needless to say this was my last visit to Spectrum Nail Spa but I guess I can thank them because I was able to find "So" I think that's how you spell his name at Signature Nail Spa 9711 Northlake Center Parkway he really paid attention to detail and it's still convenient to my job!!! I think I found my nail tech š so...
