Anyone else received a screen (as pictured) with dire audio that says “you must call the number…” ”Yeah, right…” My uh-oh moment happened just this week.😞 Since I’ve had Ernest repair laptops before, I called him. He did a bit of Q&A and said he could likely fix it since I hadn’t “called the number”. Next day, he calls me with “it’s ready to go”. My older computer was dying, then died. I thought it was time to get a new computer. Decided to take it to ComputerFixx in Chaska. I was told the bulk of my problem was likely my online upgrade to Windows 10. I left my computer, so they could wipe it and reinstall. When I got my computer back, it was like a new machine again. I needed a power adapter for my Dell XPS . Ernest took my call told me the possible scenarios and the idea around costs. Stating we need to know for sure what is needed. After determining what was actually needed I was given the cost and we agreed to fix it. Next was a lightning quick part order and replacement along with great communication and service.
