I really wish I could've spent more time here!!! I came here to meet my dad and didn't have time to order my own food, but he ordered shrimp tacos and I had a bite, they were amazing!!!! The second I walked into this place I admired the atmosphere. HUGE windows so you can watch them do curling on the ice rink. The seating was perfect. Booths that look right over the rink, and nice tables and chairs. I will definitely be coming back to spend more time, and explore more items on the menu.

This was our first visit here and once we found the place it was fabulous! We didn't realize it is IN the Curling Center. The decor is sports bar nice. Dark woods and the friendly staff make this place warm and welcoming. What really sets the bar apart is the wall of windows looking out to the curling lanes! Super fun to watch the locals shooting the rock and sweeping away. The food was good. Not the best fries, but, the amazing Sloppy Joe more then made up for it!

Food and atmosphere were fantastic. The restaurant is very large and spread out. Feels clean and has many TVS for sports. Seating overlooks the ice for curling, which adds to the atmosphere. Note, some of the menu items don't come with fries/side, so adding $3 to the pot pie price got it to ~$20 without a drink. Value could be better. More vegetarian menu items would be helpful. Nearly no vegetarian options on the menu.

Crooked Pint's food is what it is...OK bar food, not super-creative (if creative is Juicy Lucy, not getting very far) fish is frozen, fish fry tonight was horrible...not just frozen fish but mushy frozen-battered fish (vs. freshly battered--even if frozen) I could buy at the super market. Service tonight was terrible...slow (OK, it was packed--get a pass) but server forgot my 4-year old's milk, served the wrong beer to wife's mom, steered me wrong on the fish, and they brought BOTH the Apps and entrees together. Forgot my salad but kept the fries on the plate--asked for salad, no fries. Fries were mushy, under-done. Charged me $ .50 for a side of wing sauce on my dry rub wings...the same sauce they would have put on for free had I ordered it traditional. OH...kid loves Crooked Pint and tonight was his birthday and HE picked the restaurant. Told both the hostess AND the waitress it was his birthday. No birthday wish, no cake with candle, no singing happy birthday, nothing. I don't need free stuff--I make great money. He would have gotten a huge kick out of a little stinkin' brownie with candle and two horrible singers with smiles wishing him happy birthday. Gave the server a 15% tip which pains me...I typically give at least 25% for good service. Servers work hard for their money but no excuse for this many mistakes. Again, if you want very average, non-creative food that comes frozen, eat at Crooked pint. There are so many creative and hip pubs and places out there, I won't be wasting my money on...

Once again! My husband and I were not impressed with this place! We ordered a Cubano sandwich and a Grilled Chicken Hoagie sandwich. Both with fries on the side. I will start with the positives. The fries were better than the first few times we had them as a side. They were not inedible from the saltiness of a seasoning that was on them. Either less was used or none. The Cubano was decent. Certainly not the best we have had, and still somewhat bland, but a tiny bit better than other food we have gotten there. The grilled chicken hoagie was again another horrible meal though. To start the hoagie itself was super dry and chewy. I am not sure why the chicken is called "grilled"? It had no grilled flavor or charred grill marks on it? It seemed to be a very processed piece of chicken patty that I am guessing comes from Sysco or some other food company pre-grilled and then the kitchen just warms it up? But regardless of however it is made or comes, it was bad! The tomato slices on the hoagie were very old. They were pinkish, chalky, and flavorless. In my opinion the bottom line is that if this establishment wants it's food to be better than "mediocre at best bar food" the kitchen needs to start ordering fresher and better quality food. The prices are way too high for the quality offered. I realize this is a new establishment and money needs to be made to fund it and the curling center, but hopefully the revenue from alcoholic beverages and the curling center gives the kitchen that opportunity...

Went for lunch with a friend. Was about 1/3 full. We started with ordering the poutine then ordered the new sandwich on the menu and boasted coming with 1/2 pound of fries and my friend ordered the same thing. Waitress told us it would be just a little bit on the app. A while later goes by and she comes by again and says it will be right out. Little while goes by again and still said it was going to be out soon. The. Our sandwiches show up and No appetizer. The waitress comes out again and apologizes the app isn’t out but should be any minute. At this point we just say cancel it. She says ok and then next thing we know the table next to us that had arrived in the last 5-10 minutes get some Poutine. Obviously what we should have gotten. Then looking at our plates I got 2xs the Fries my friend got and waitress comes back and goes if you would like we can take the appetizer off your bill. My friend says if you know what is good you would do that and not even mention it since you didn’t bring it to us. We both agreed the sandwich was not all that good. For the prices they charge for the food it needs to be better and it needs to be right. This is a one and done...
