Rouge 41 is one of the best date night spots in the SW Metro!

The service was phenomenal. Jonah made us some awesome cocktails on the menu and Joe created us something eclectic off menu. It is fascinating watching them craft delicious beverages with such precision. It might be tempting to order something you’re used to (looking at you, old fashioned and margarita drinkers) but trust me, get something outside of the box here. You’ll be pleasantly surprised!

The food menu is small, but everything is outstanding! We got the charcuterie and the tuna—both were outstanding. I also saw some delicious looking bruschetta passing us by!

I recommend sitting at the bar, but there’s limited seating for smaller groups at tables too.

This was an incredible experience! A bar like this was desperately needed in this area and we’re so happy to have discovered it. The drinks were delicious, unique and reasonably priced. They were interesting without being pretentious. The service was friendly, attentive and the owner took time to talk to us and recommend drinks. The pomme dessert was delicious as well. We loved the chill vibe and atmosphere. No kids are allowed which is to be expected at a place like this but that’s fine- this will be a go to staple for us on date nights when we have a babysitter. My group and I discovered this on accident, the red bench bakery cafe seating was full so we sat in the speakeasy attached. I’m so happy we did! We experienced very friendly service with a fun atmosphere! I can’t speak of the food yet (we ate the bakery items), but the bartender (also the chef!) was so helpful and informative. He even gave us a taste of his homemade Bloody Mary mix - it was delicious! This is a place where hospitality and intention with ingredients and details are a priority!
