The Nail & Face Space — Attraction in Chattanooga

To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. Tren/Trin did my nails on May 4th. By May 6th, 1 nail popped off, May 8th, another nail popped off both on r hand I then decided to just go back to have them fix. Hannah fixed 2 nails and she was apologetic. The following day on the left hand 2 more nails had popped off. I'm over it. I decided to scrap off all the REMAINING nails because I refuse to go back for the 3rd time in less than a week to have work on the same set.

Update: I went back to see Hannah after Sunnie was very kind and apologetic, Hannah did a full set of nails for me, I've had them for about a week now and they're still holding up. The quality was just ok, they were very bulky. But I do appreciate the efforts. This establishment has good...

I went to get a basic fill-in, square shaped and to have one nail repaired. I picked out a color based on a picture that I showed him. Not only am I pretty sure that he switched the colors, The nail that he had to replace was a completely different shape from all the other ones and way longer. I could also tell that he was running out Of the color that he had chosen, because he did three coats, and they still look see-through. And then charged me more for fill-in than when I had gotten a regular set three weeks ago at the same place. I hope they see this and know how disappointed I am, and I will not be returning.
