Riverpointe Cheshire — Attraction in Cheshire

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time living at Riverpointe so far. The apartments themselves are gorgeous- large kitchen island, tall ceilings, vinyl flooring, in-unit washer/dryer, large closet, to name a few great things. The maintenance and leasing office staff are very friendly and eager to help with any issues that may arise. It is also a very pet-friendly community, the dog park is awesome and they are accommodating to larger dogs, which makes them stand out amongst other complexes. Slightly high rent prices are reasonable considering the luxury amenities and features that you get. We found it to be the best price compared to other apartments considering how many more and better features come with these apartments. We can’t wait to see how our community comes together once...

I have been moved in now for about a week, so I wanted to wait to share my feedback after. Even with the ongoing construction this place is amazing.

So, far it is super clean, the staff is super friendly, and it is located in a very convenient spot right on and off the highway! They did mention the construction will be completed by end of August when I first went for my walkthrough but again that doesn't take away from my experience so far.

We recently moved into our new apartment, and we absolutely love it! From the beautiful clubhouse to the pool, everything feels so modern, clean, and well-maintained. The whole community has an upscale, welcoming atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home.

Having our own garage for the car is such a great bonus, and it adds to the convenience of living here. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. Alexia and Brittany are always so friendly and helpful, and our maintenance guy Steve is always on top of everything—quick, efficient, and reliable.
