Same ol place for food. There is absolutely no seasoning in anything. And my chicken broccoli Alfredo was not only dry but not the fresh chicken I was expecting. Needs some flavor for sure in the food. The chicken carbonara was good just needed seasoning and there was plenty of sauce which was a nice change. The chicken Parm was really bland. The chicken was cut so thin it became dry while cooking I guess and had no taste. The sauce needs some seasoning but the ziti was cooked perfectly. Mozz sticks were good, the soup was delicious , the order was taken correctly over the phone which is a nice change , other restaurants have been failing at that. Went back on 3/23/24 and they ran out of soup for the day so we had to get salad which no one eats in the family so almost 90 dollars later we get told no soup. This is just BS at this point and not worth coming back. Thanks so much for dropping the line which you should hold at the highest standard since you are in a prime location for food we will now be eating at better restaurants in the area so we get what we actually eat Not salad. If you offer soup or salad make sure you have enough to last the day.... Edited. 2/18/25.. finally we will be coming back again. Today was much much better. They guys were very nice they had everything we ordered the chicken Alfredo was amazing very tasty well seasoned this time everything seems much better the chicken soup was delicious and the burger was seasoned this time. Great food now back on...

Food is a 5, customer service is a 1! Most times if I ordered over the phone the order came with mistakes. Reporting the worst problem on my next visit got me nowhere. They delivered a regular pasta dish covered in mozzarella flashed under the broiler, contrary to the menu description, and my lactose intolerant mom could not eat it. They did not replace the meal to correct their error. Having them deliver food runs the risk of errors, and I also learned the hard way to double the estimated delivery time they give. I recently made the mistake of calling after one hour and 15 minutes to inquire where an order was promised to arrive in 45 minutes. It was going to make me late for work to wait much longer. I was asked to wait and thought they were calling the driver to see where he was. Someone else picked up the phone, I think the owner, who proceeded to reprimand me for calling and having the expectation that the food would arrive close to the promised time. I was told "it is what it is and there is nothing we can do about it." I hung up, resolved not to spend my hard earned money there again and be scolded for it, as much as I had always enjoyed the food. Their business will not last long if they do not get the service piece of it right. It's too bad. I won't go there or order from them again...

I placed an order over the phone while viewing their online menu I get a total of $48 over the phone for 4 items, when I added them up with the prices I saw online I got $33, so I wait til I get there to ask about the price, when I get there I was told they didn’t have access to the website as it was put up by the previous owners and those were NOT THEIR PRICES okay cool, now I’m looking at their paper menu from inside the restaurant that has a totally different set of numbers so I added those prices up I get $40.42 so AGAIN I wanna know what’s not adding up that’s $48, then they tell me the prices from the paper menu went up as well bringing me to the total of $48 It just made no sense how there was 3 different price sets, 2 different ways for customers to view the prices ONLINE - which they supposedly have no access too PAPER MENU - directly inside restaurant And yet at the end when I questioned my almost $50 charge i was told that prices from all menus have changed, let’s not forget their VERY dismissive ATTITUDE “ do you want the food or no “ so we left I don’t think a business that customers pay for their business to be open should be treated that way!!!!! I just got the exact same order somewhere else for $38 MAKE SURE THEY NOT GETTING YA FOR...
