Mostly big open lawn space right on the Chester River.It's shockingly cheap to rent, and the rental includes the big pavilion owned by Washington College, as well as the gazebo and small pavilion. Wonderful for activities - picnics, enjoying the riverfront as well as using the paved trail for recreational activities.
