McKinley Park Pool (Outdoor) — Attraction in Chicago

So yesterday, 8/11/25, I went to the pool 👎👎👎👎👎I thought I'd give it another go and see if things had gotten any better than the first time. Turns out, now we no longer have access to the shower area unless it's during swimming time? 😳😖😠Like how in the heck is anyone supposed to enjoy the swim when you aren't allowed to shower off the chlorine afterwards nor do we have access to the bathroom. There is no indication of the shower area being renovated. The pool rules and the schedule seem to change randomly. Instead of feeling jilted I guess we should feel appreciative🤔gee wiz! Yes, I'm being sarcastic! Shame on this whole...

Pool was fun but... As i dressed, the staff both males and females walked right passed me in the mens locker room. I was completly naked at one point but luckily i was not at that time. I had put my shorts on at this point. Adult swim had just ended but staff never announced that they were entering. Wont be returning due to the fact that i dont have privacy in the locker/...

Im giving it 2 stars only because i like the pool but besides that it was horrible.. I arrived at 3. The life guard told me next swim doesnt open until 4pm. Thinking i can run to a store and come back in time for a quick swim, but instead we got denied once again! We arrived the 2nd time at 430pm!! Kids was disappointed, had to take them to another park that doesnt have...
