My friend and I came here for lunch for the first time last week and split a couple of salads, which the restaurant served to us in separate bowls, so we each had two separate (and substantial) salads. I ordered the Apple Nut Cruncher, a crisp blend of Romaine, tiny walnut chunks, small apple bites, raisins & bleu cheese crumbles, to which I added (but which was by no means necessary to make this a satisfying meal) grilled chicken with their house cilantro dressing on the side. My friend ordered the Strawberry Sweetness Salad, which was spring mix, balsamic marinated strawberries, shaved parmesan, candied pecans and goat cheese, & ordered the suggested balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side. She ordered grilled shrimp as a side protein although, again, the salad would have been a complete meal without it. Both salads were absolutely delicious and very substantial! The wait staff were both friendly and solicitious, & Tammi, the owner, brought our salads out to us herself, with a suggestion of the pesto dressing for the apple salad on our next visit, which there definitely will be! I really like salads and I loved the salads here, of which there are a plethora to try. Somehow I have a feeling that most of the other ones will be just as enjoyable as these were. Even though this establishment is not close to my home, it is well worth the drive. Kudos, Tammi and staff on a job well done and some excellent, fresh, well prepared salads in a bright,...

If you’re anywhere near this gem of a spot, do yourself a favor and stop in! I don’t live locally, but every time I’m in the area, I have to make a stop—it’s that good. Their specialty salads are insanely fresh, bursting with flavor, and so thoughtfully crafted that each bite is absolute perfection. You can tell they use the highest quality ingredients, and the combinations are just chef’s kiss!

Beyond the food, what makes this place even more special is the incredible woman, Tammy, who owns it. She brings such a warm, family-run charm to the experience, making you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first time visiting. Her passion for what she does is evident in every detail, from the welcoming atmosphere to the impeccable quality of the food.

Though I’ve only had their salads (and every single one has been phenomenal), I’ve heard amazing things about their wraps and stuffed potatoes too. If they’re anything like the salads, I can only imagine how delicious they must be!

I wish I lived closer, but until then, I’ll keep making it a priority to stop by whenever I’m nearby. An...

This place is an AMAZING find. I wish there was one closer to my home. I could go here every day because they have so many different HEALTHY choices. Healthy, delicious and FRESH food at decent prices COOKED ONCE ORDERED! That's right, it's fresh, so if you order any kind of meat, make sure you give yourself enough time to wait for meat to cook which takes time. While sitting at lunch, and I usually go a couple times a week, I've witnessed a few people get frustrated because their food takes longer than it would at McDonalds. Tammi recommended I order ahead. So, now I order ahead of time and my food is ready when I get there to sit down and eat. Thanks Tammi! If you can't order ahead, bring a friend/co-worker to talk to or pull out your phone and play away while your DELICIOUS meal is being prepared. Oh yah, I almost forgot. The staff here is amazing and all very friendly so don't take your anger out on them because you can't be patient and wait for your food. If you have read this far, you gotta try...

-Pros I needed a salad spot that had good serving size and flavor. I chose the Chopstick Dynasty salad which has a really tasty sesame dressing which I would order again any day. However knowing what I know now, I would exclude the chow mein and wonton strips. There are vegetarian and non-vegetarian plates that make it easy to mix and match for dietary restrictions. -Cons The cashier was a little short with me, and I felt like I needed to make my decisions too quickly. At the same time it felt like there was too much going on in the dining room, that was too personal, to enjoy my meal entirely. I will still give it another try simply for the large range of menu options there. -Suggestions What I want to see is more dark leafy greens options as these are not common in salad dishes for some reason, even though they have higher nutrient content.

Review has been long overdue for this place. I was a bit overwhelmed at first but since it looked like they had a huge menu, but the staff was really nice to helping to what to choose. Loved that the store also had some nice art. Even if the place says lettuce, they had a ton of different delicious protein to add to your salad. I got the surf and turf, and it came with two dressings/ sauces. Very unique, would go more if this was closer to me. Will definitely stop by if I was in the area! Thanks for showing how salad can be made in so many different ways for one’s enjoyment. Until next time !
