This place is awful!! I ordered via FTD online. The photo on the right is what I ordered. The photo on the left is what my mother received on her 81st birthday. (If they upload correctly!) I decided to call the florist directly to complain so I wouldn't get them in bad with FTD. The woman, though nice, just said can you send a photo of what you expected. I sent these two. So what does this florist do? They call FTD and do some sort of reverse complaint about me! Like I did something wrong! They said they sent the correct arrangement because they followed FTD's "recipe." I tried reaching the florist again, but they won't discuss this with me. So FTD is now involved and said a replacement bouquet would be delivered. Nothing sent. I suspect because this florist refused to resent. The bottom line, if I could rate them ZERO stars, I would. I expected a professionally arranged bouquet for my mother's 81st, instead I get a bouquet that is already wilting on the edges and thrown into a vase. Wanting to understand the situation, I called the floral shop directly. Their response was shocking: “If you ordered through a third party, we receive less money, so the arrangement won’t be as described.”
This response is not only unprofessional but also highly unethical. Essentially, they are knowingly accepting third-party orders while failing to deliver what customers have paid for. This is a clear case of false advertising and deceptive business practices, taking hard earned money without fulfilling their end of the agreement. I was disappointed to hear that my mom only received the flower arrangement. The ballon was an additional $5.99. I purchased the ballon and was specifically looking forward to her receiving the complete delivery accurately. I live in NYC and being that I could not be there on such a special day I wanted to send something extra special to surprise her. It’s the little things that make a big difference.
